“Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.”

“Stayed for one night to explore Downtown Anchorage. We liked the location as we were able to walk to the eateries and bike rentals we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out. The only downsides were our room smelled of cigarettes, one of the bed sheets were dirty, the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned, the curtains weren’t blackout curtains as expected (just regular gray curtains). For a one night stay, we managed, but these cleanliness issues would make us hesitant...

“This place truly was home away from home. The staff was so wonderful and inviting. They cleaned the room each day and even did my little bit of dishes. Towards the end, one of the staff made the bed with my sons favorite stuffed animal as the center piece. He was overjoyed to see that. We will be coming back. I truly appreciate all the staff.”
