“Outstanding property and managers. Could not have asked for more! Right alongside the Kenai River, barely heard any noise from the highway. This place was by far the best property I have ever stayed at. Management answered all questions and more! The washer and dryer were perfect for us! “Both Our Corner of Heaven and Mystic Moose properties are fantastic. Great locations, exceedingly clean, functional and very comfortable. Most outstanding was the amazing communication with manager Stefanie before, during and after our stay. Unexpected plumbing issues arose and Stefanie immediately resolved the problem and provided excellent follow up. This is the second year we've used Stefanie and look forward to future opportunities. “The house is spectacular, only second to the views! It had all the amenities and then some. We loved the town and the area; cute and cozy with plenty to do. We floated the river, did some fishing and found some awesome hikes. Our host, Stephanie, went far above and beyond. She was extremely helpful and offered plenty of suggestions for things to do and see. We would love to go back in a heartbeat! Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Bear Den is a beautiful river house with a large grass lawn leading to the river. Beautiful views. LOVED sitting by the fire pit each evening. Private but close to the center of Cooper Landing. Very comfortable inside & well appointed kitchen. Our favorite place to stay on our AK Trip. Highly recommend this.”

“Nice quiet cabins located right on the bank of the Kenai River. The cabin has everything needed for a relaxing stay - full kitchen- grill - full bathroom- comfortable beds - and fantastic view. Love the covered fire pit!!! Rob is a great guy - checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He loaned us a landing net which we really needed this year because the water is higher than usual”
