Villa Cal Peixito by Villa Plus

Villa Cal Peixito is ideal for couples or small famililes, and is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the centre of Son Bou and entrance to the beach. This popular resort is home to the longest sandy beach on the island and also has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop! This 2 bedroom house has a small lawned garden and a private swimming pool which is gated for extra peace of mind. WiFi and an air cooling system in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Located in the area of Son Bou known as Torre Soli Nou, Villa Cal Peixito is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beach and centre of the resort. Son Bou has a good range of restaurants and bars with a lively, welcoming atmosphere. There are also a few great beach bars right on the seafront where you can enjoy snacks and drinks as you watch the sun set over the sea. Villas Torrenit, Torrenova and Torresoli are along the same street.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
