Villa Leander is in a fantastic central location, 5 minutes' walk from the amenities of Calan Porter. This popular resort has many cafes and restaurants offering good food and an easy-going atmosphere, as well as several shops. It's beautiful, large sandy beach is also within a short walk, the entrance overlooked by one of Menorca's most famous attractions, the Caves of Xoroi! This 3 bedroom villa with private pool has a comfortable, well-furnished interior, and includes pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge.

Villa Leander is only 5 minutes' walk from the cafes, shops and restaurants in the centre of Calan Porter. The beach here is one of the best on the island, also within easy reach on foot. Aside from the bay, Calan Porter is best known for the Caves of Xoroi, 10 minutes' walk away, which also has a bar with spectacular sea and sunset views. Various family attractions and places to visit can be reached within a short drive, including the capital, Mahon, 20 minutes away by car.
