Villa Torrenit is in a tranquil location, 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Son Bou. The main street is lined with various shops, cafes and restaurants leading down to the entrance of the beach. The beach is commonly believed to be one of the best on the island, and has a couple of good seafront cafes overlooking the water. This 2 bedroom villa has a great garden, private swimming pool and BBQ area, plus WiFi and an air cooling system in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Located in the Torre Soli Nou area of Son Bou, Villa Torrenit is only 15 minutes' walk from the resort centre. This vibrant resort has several gift and beachwear shops to browse, handy mini markets for holiday essentials, and many bars, cafes and restaurants. The main street leads downhill to the seafront, where a picturesque boardwalk gives access to the beach. The beachfront snack bars are ideal for a cocktail or a spot of lunch! For larger parties, Villas Torresoli and Torrenova are next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
