Villa Waldemar is a Menorcan style semi-detached house, located in a small area of ​​3 more houses, which share the garden and pool area. The terrace offers lovely views of the outdoor communal pool and partial sea views, which can be enjoyed from the outdoor tables and chairs.



The Space:

Villa Waldemar has a living-dining room furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen is equipped with the necessities such as: oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. There is also a small room with a washing machine. There is also 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one double) and a terrace with partial views of the sea.



Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300.



Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.
