Do not park on the neighbor’s side. Any damage caused by improper parking will be charged to the guest. ★ Child Supervision: Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, as the property is not childproofed. ★ Security Cameras: For your safety and ours, we have outside security cameras in place, including: • One camera facing the parking area • One Ring Door Bell Camera • Two cameras facing the backyard area - These devices are used strictly for security and insurance purposes. While we do not actively monitor the footage, please note that the cameras are motion-sensor and record 24/7. - There are no cameras inside the home. - Tampering with, disabling, or covering any of the cameras is strictly prohibited. Doing so is a violation of our house rules and may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. ★ Weekly Maintenance Service: To keep our home in top condition, we have Weekly lawn care (usually in the morning). ★ Fish Pond Safety Rule: Our property features a beautiful decorative fish pond. Please enjoy it responsibly by following these rules: - Do not touch, feed, or disturb the fish or water. - Children must be supervised at all times near the pond. - No swimming, wading, climbing, or standing on the rocks around the pond. - Do not throw objects into the water. - Guests are responsible for any damage or accidents caused by improper use of the pond area. ★ Only registered guests are allowed.
