“Very clean property, the room was clean you will be greeted by welcome you on tv screen and the had good breakfast for only $10 dollars I recommend this property to everyone”

“We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice”

“The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful.”

“Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do.”

“The property was very disgusting with cigarette buds and wrappers everywhere. The room has not been cleaned in weeks as it had a very stale and muddy, smell to it. The sheets weren’t clean, and the wall was peeling. This felt more like a hostel than an actual hotel line. I felt very disgusted and icky trying to stay here for only one night to catch a few hours of sleep. The elevator was very rickety and could give out at any moment. I WILL not recommend this location to anyone and please avoid...

“This hotel is in a great area but for some reason looks, feels and has the atmosphere of a cheap inner city falling apart roach motel. Old, in need of repair and dingy shell with an interior room that had a air conditioner falling apart with no knob, broken shelf and dirty rusty tub and shower with baseboards on the floor coming off the wall. A remnant of a roach or some kind of insects leg was firmly planted on one of the walls. The beds were semi stained and had cheap sheets, felt like a...

“My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

“Reservation was cancelled right before we showed up. (Called and let them know we would be late.). No one wrote it down apparently. We were able to rebook a room. Found used condoms in our trash can upon arrival. Not ideal.”
