Open the front door of this beautiful home and step immediately into an open, light-filled hallway with a backlit cedar feature wall and hidden storage. Large sliding doors lead immediately to the covered courtyard and sunny, manicured backyard.  There is outdoor seating and a gas BBQ - great for summer alfresco dinners while enjoying the mountain scenery and a large spring-free trampoline (with sprinkler) to keep the young ones (and young at heart) entertained.  The yard is mostly fenced however is not fully contained.

Off to the right of the hall is a large living wing with open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Contemporary and stylish, the lounge area has high ceilings and a large window seat in which to curl up with a book or settle on the couch while you watch all your favourites on the smart TV. There is a freestanding woodburner tucked in the dining room, although highly unlikely to need this over the glorious Central Otago summer months. There is also a fully integrated ducted air conditioning / heating system, controlled by a tablet on the wall. 
The modern kitchen has everything you need including an induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a huge scullery. 

In the left wing of the house is a small bedroom / study with a double bed set-up. Continue down the hall to a large double plus carpeted garage with home gym, its own heat pump / air-con unit and plenty of room for parking / storage. There is also a large separate Laundry with washer, dryer and copious storage.

The master bedroom has a King bed with a tv set-up with Chromecast for late night viewing and a huge walk-in wardrobe leading through to a tiled ensuite. There is access to a paved patio outside through large ranch slider doors.   The second and third bedrooms come complete with a Queen bed and a single floor bed, suitable for a toddler or child. Each bedroom has their own wardrobe.   
These bedrooms share the main bathroom which has a tiled shower with waterfall head and a huge ceramic tub to soak in after a hard day biking, hiking or sight-seeing. There is a separate toilet which is so practical for any family. The bathrooms all have under floor heating and heated towel rails for comfort.

Mountain views, sunny and quiet in a newly established friendly neighbourhood. Located beside mountain bike and walking tracks, Mt Iron, 2 min walk to local pub/cafe, corner store, tennis court, pump track and skate park. 5min drive to town centre, Lake Wanaka shore and Clutha River.   


Please note that this is our family home that we are offering for rent while we are out of town and as such, there may be a few personal effects on the premises however we will do our best to have the house freely available for your use.
