The property itself, the rooms, and the staff were very very good. They had to be to straighten out the numerous errors that Expedia made when I used Expedia to make my reservations.
I will never use Expedia again. They double charged me, they booked me into a room that was completely wrong from what I made reservations for, and as a result, the room i needed was gone and i had to payout lots of extra money for a suite that i did not need ir want, but was all they had left. That and charging me twice fir one of my night’s stay, and coupled with the fact that you can not speak to a live person at Expedia, and can only do robot text messages back and forth has made me decide to never use Expedia again and it prompted me to spread the word if my horrible, expensive experience with all of my friends and relatives on social media.
