Upper level contains two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower and tub. A master suite with its own bathroom and shower. A washer/dryer is also located on the upper level hallway. Located close to Edinboro Lake, Conneaut Lake, and Lake Erie. Fun attractions like Waldameer Amusement Park, Presque Isle State Park, Overlake Golf Course, and much more.

Amazing!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was so clean and we had fun with the pool table and ping pong table. We also loved the location being so close to Erie but far enough away to enjoy the quiet! Thank you again, we enjoyed our stay so much!

Fishing trip

This is one if the nicest places we have stayed at. It is a clean, very nice home. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong that was downstairs. Great place. Will not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for a group family visit!

The house was perfect for 2 families with 3 small children. Lots of space to spread out, comfortable rooms/beds, convenient laundry, and plenty of bathrooms! The wrap around porch was the best!

Annual December fishing trip with my brothers

Good size property with room to spread out and updated rooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable after returning from a cold day on the water. The owner is very responsive and check in and check out was a breeze. Overall we had a great stay despite the cold and snow.

2nd Stay - Just as good

My brother and I stayed in late March to do some Erie Steelhead fishing. The fishing conditions weren't great, but the house was our sanctuary. We were very comfortable with lots of space. Its my second time staying at the property and both times we were very happy with everything. Mike the owner is a great host.

Nice quiet roomy home

We had a great stay in this quiet roomy home. We split hay it had coffee, laundry detergent and paper products. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable and the host was able to resolve our issue.

Nice and spacious

Very nice place lots of room to move around. Very clean. Bedrooms were large with plenty of space. Mike was great and answered all of my questions. Spacious game room and walking distance to stores and food. Love the covered porch and quiet neighborhood. I will stay here again :)

Perfect for our large family

We were in town for a funeral and booked last minute. Despite the 3+ feet of snow, Mike had the driveway plowed and everything shoveled out for our arrival. He was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We were unsure of how many would make the trip but there was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed the many spacious gathering areas. We have family in the area and will definitely look to book this houses again if the need arises in the future.

Spacious Home in quiet area

Very spacious, well laid out home. Clean and furnished nicely. Modern kitchen with plenty of dish ware & cookware. Attention was given to small details that make a rental feel like home (bedside reading lamps, bedroom bench, ample drawer space, hangers, puzzles, books to name a few). The kids enjoyed the game room with full size ping pong and pool tables. We loved the multiple options we had to enjoy sitting out on the porch. We would stay here again for sure and have already shared property info with family who live nearby and are always looking for a place for when extended family visit.

Large home, nice amenities, excellent for family stay

Large home, very clean, nice renovations with lots of space in living room, kitchen with all needed for plates, cups, pots/pans. We didn't get a chance to use but basement with pool table and ping pong. Lots of room to play both w/out feeling cramped. Wrap around porch was very nice. 3 Bedrooms all upstairs along with convenient washer/dryer if needed. Quiet area just 2 blocks from McDonalds or other places in town. Mike was excellent in communication to any questions, and provided a grill and child/baby gate for the stairs. The only comment is the stair steps seemed to lack depth. Need to be cautious going down steps. Aside from that a wonderful home & highly recommend. It's about 30 minutes to Erie or the airport. Easy drive to Lake Erie.
