Your apartment is located just 200 meters from the “Passeggiata degli Artisti” at its most vibrant spot, surrounded by typical Ligurian restaurants and bars, and just steps away from the beaches.
Whether you arrive by train or by car, your retreat is set right within the Ligurian “caruggi” and is logistically perfect for any type of trip.
Upon arrival at the building, you will enjoy the convenience of collecting the keys independently from the safety box. The freedom of arriving at any time is truly priceless.

Once you cross the threshold, a small frame with free WiFi access details will immediately make you feel at home.
The sleeping area includes a comfortable Queen Size bed, a wardrobe with hangers, and a chest of drawers for your luggage and personal belongings.
A cozy bunk bed can accommodate two additional guests.
Bed sheets, linens, pillows, duvets, and towels are provided for your stay.
The “petit” dining area is equipped with everything you need: a modern induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and moka pot for a good Italian coffee.
A selection of herbal teas is offered by the host.
A table with four chairs completes the living area. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans, along with packets of salt, oil, vinegar, and sugar can be found in the various compartments.
