The 75 m2 apartment with a 30 m2 terrace has the following spaces:

- Comfortable living room with chaise-lounge sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the duplex terrace with magnificent side views of the sea and the pool.

- Large master bedroom with a double bed measuring 150x190 cm, with access to the terrace.

- Second bedroom with double single use beds, both 90x190 cm, HD-TV, wardrobe, bookshelf and access to terrace.

- Bathroom equipped with a practical shower, sink with mirror drawers and toilet.

- Separate kitchen with a very functional gallery and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, mixer, juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...).

- Duplex terrace where you can enjoy a table and chairs for 4 people on the ground floor and on the 1st floor with access via stairs an impressive outdoor solarium area with 4 great sun loungers.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: Hand gel. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as in the winter. 100 meters from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, hammocks on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...

You will enjoy the proximity of the Valencia garden, which dates back to the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vineyards, olive trees, rice and tiger nuts are added as most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as eggplant and artichoke.

Just a few meters away from the apartment there is a bus stop (lines 19 - 31), taxi and bike path.



House's rules:

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities and neighbors.

- Respect rest hours, from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. The garbage deposit schedule will be from Monday to Sunday. (Organic. from 7 to 9 p.m.). It must always be carried out in closed bags and will not be deposited outside the container.
