Vackert välskött stuga undangömt i skogen i Towamensing Trails. Vi är bara en två kvarts promenad till sjön och ligger ungefär fem miles från Big Boulder / Jack Frost Ski Resorts. Stugan är perfekt för par, familjer och vänner.

Vi vill att vårt hem ska vara ditt hem hemifrån! När du går in i vår stuga kommer du att njuta av alla bekvämligheter som vi erbjuder i detta 1300 kvadratmeter, ljusa och luftiga hem, som det rymliga vardagsrummet med öppen spis, matplats och modernt kök utrustat med mikrovågsugn, alla apparater och Köksredskap. Du kommer att njuta av tre smakfullt inredda och bekväma sovrum (inklusive två, nya drottningstorlekar, Eurotop-madrasser), två bad, ett med överdimensionerad jacuzzi. Det finns luftkonditionering för din komfort. Varje sovrum har takfläktar. Vi erbjuder alla nödvändigheter, inklusive sänglinne, handdukar, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, kabel-TV, en stor 42 "platt-TV i vardagsrummet, DVD-skivor, spel.

Bekvämligheter: Vardagsrummet har platt-TV plus kabel i hela. Det finns DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet och i de två sovrummen på andra våningen. Du kan ta med din bärbara dator och ansluta till vår höghastighetsanslutning till internet. Vi har ett stort yttre däck med utemöbler, grill och en balkong med utsikt över däck från sovrummet.

Towamensing Trails är en privat semesterplats som erbjuder många aktiviteter i och runt området. Det finns en strand och badplats, en 135 tunnland stor sjö för fiske och rodd, en utomhuspool, en barnpool för dina små barn, klubbhus med videospel och biljardbord, restaurang / bar vid sjön tillsammans med tennis, volleyboll och basketplan.

Vi ligger nära många sevärdheter i området, såsom Big Boulder / Jack Frost / Camelback Ski Resorts, Historiska Jim Thorpe, Lake Harmony, Pocono Raceway, två närliggande kasinon och många restauranger i området. Om du gillar att vandra finns det tre statliga parker i området.

Aktiviteter :: Aktiviteter i området: Hickory Run, Beltzville och Lehigh Gorge. Denna delstatspark är idealisk för forsränning, kajakpaddling och cykling längs sin 26 mil långa väg.

Om du är en shoppingentusiast kan du njuta av att besöka Tannersville Outlet Mall nära Camelback.

En väl bevarad hemlighet nära Jim Thorpe är Penn's Peak där du kan njuta av levande konserter, en restaurang och den mest magnifika utsikten över Pocono-bergen.

Christine was a great host, from the moment we booked she was extremely attentive and accomodating. House was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary essentials. The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and walking the snow covered yard and streets.

A lovely home in a beautiful area with plenty to do. Pretty lakes and parks to explore and only 12 miles to Jim Thorpe, a wonderful place to visit anytime but especially in autumn. The home has a comfortable living area, first floor master bedroom and a very nice second floor with two nice bedrooms and full bath. We enjoyed waking up each morning to watch the plentiful deer and turkeys roaming about the back yard. Christine was great in communicating everything and very responsive. In fact when we booked her home she checked in with a phone call probably less than an hour later. And she was in Italy!

Wonderful Holiday Getaway

My family and I were looking for a quiet Christmas retreat and found EXACTLY what we were looking for, here. The house is even cozier than listing implies (which is already pretty cozy), the space and layout accommodated my family perfectly, and we found all of the cleaning and cooking essentials we needed easily and plentifully. Christine is also an exceptional host who address all of our needs beforehand and decorated her home for us ahead of our arrival. I am a much poorer communicator than she is, but I appreciated her communications thoroughly. Expect to be treated well and to relax comfortably at this home!

All's right in Albrightsville

Enjoyed a wonderful long weekend with my wife and dog at this cozy chalet in the Poconos. So close to everything - Jim Thorpe, Big Boulder, Lake Harmony and Mount Airy Casino we have so many reasons to go back. Because it's been so dry this fall the leaves weren't that vibrant but having so many other things to do and places to eat made us forget the leaf peeping. Our dog loved hanging out on the porch and staring back at the deer who were constant companions in the back yard area. Saw some turkeys as well so it was great to get back to nature! House is very cozy and has everything you'll need. Lots of vintage books and games. Christine is a wonderful, hands-on owner and answered all of our questions ahead of time as well as providing great recommendations for local restaurants and stores. A great place to stay and we hope to return soon.

Great poconos get away!!

Absolutely The Best!

Wanda's Dream is worth 500 stars! It is such a gorgeous, lovely home, which is spacious with all the comforts, and is decorated beautifully in such a cozy manner. And its location is incredible. We loved staying here and this will be our go to place whenever we get a few days time off, because I cannot think of a better place to relax and vacation at. Christine is such a wonderful host and such a lovely lady, with excellent taste - and she has the most beautiful house in the most gorgeous place. I didn't want to leave! We will keep going to this beautiful home again and again!

Great spot for a Pocono getaway. It’s close to the community beach/lake/pool, not too far from some local wineries and the cool little town of Jim Thorpe. The house was clean and comfy, and the owner Christine was very nice and easy to work with. Five stars.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable!

Christine obviously cares about this place and makes sure everyone is happy. My family and I are happy she keeps a clean place and she went above and beyond to communicate every detail so there were no miscommunications. She was helpful and flexible with our somewhat unique situation. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, mugs, and cookware. The bathrooms had more than enough linens for all of us. The premium TV service was amazing. Honestly, no complaints! If we visit the Poconos again, I'll be sure to see if this place is available before looking at other rentals!

Awesome house!

Overall a great week! From the moment we stepped into the house, we felt at home. It was very comfortable (and spotless!). The back deck with the gate was great for our dog - she could hang out back there and we didn't have to worry about her. For those bringing dogs, there is a great dog part about 20 minutes away - West End dog park - if your dog needs to run and get some energy out. The house is very close to HIckory Run State Park, which is beautiful. The host, Christine, is wonderful!
