Towamensing Trails’ main recreation area — the lake, sandy beach, and seasonal community pool — is just a 15‑minute walk or 3‑minute drive from the home. This is the heart of the community and a favorite spot for all.

At the beach area, you’ll find:

- Playground
- Sand volleyball court
- Beautiful lake views

Right next to the beach is the community pool, offering a great alternative for guests who prefer poolside lounging. Because everything is located together, it’s easy to spend the whole day enjoying the lakefront.

Kayaks & Marina Area
Your stay includes the use of two kayaks (seasonal). The marina area is great for launching kayaks and enjoying calm waters, with nearby tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts.

Guest Badges
Your stay includes 8 guest badges for access to the beach, lake area amenities, and community pool. Children 6 and under do not require badges. Additional wristbands are available for purchase at the beach area for $10/day/band.
