The best option for beach lovers. This cozy and rustic apartment is located just a few meters from the famous Monica Isabel Beach. The property is on the 1st floor, but easily accessible. Its location allows it to have sun throughout the day. TV, WIFI, air conditioning and a large terrace are some of the many facilities that Casa NINI has to offer. The most interesting places in Albufeira are just steps away from Casa NINI.

Built with authentic Algarve architecture, Casa NINI has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds), both with air conditioning, recently installed, living and dining room with access to the terrace of the accommodation (also with air conditioning). Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Garden furniture placed on the terrace where guests can dine or have their favourite drink if they wish.

Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Free parking (no reservation possible) next to the accommodation.

Located a few meters from Mónica Isabel beach and the Strip, Casa NINI is nevertheless located in a very quiet area where you can also enjoy the local shops with bars, supermarkets, restaurants, among others.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros

• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
