Public transportation is not available within easy walking distance of the property, so we strongly recommend arriving by car and using a car during your stay.

The property is located in Quinta da Colina, in the Patroves area of Albufeira, a peaceful residential setting best suited for guests who want to explore the Algarve with flexibility. By car, you can easily reach the coast, nearby beaches, Albufeira’s marina, restaurants, supermarkets and the city center.

Free parking is available, making it a convenient option for guests planning beach days, family outings or day trips around the Algarve.

￫ The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only — replacements or refills are not included.

￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed linen and towel kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning services or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee — these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, the keys must be placed inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ During the stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If technical assistance is required to open the door, or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, a penalty will apply.

￫ A travel cot and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an additional cost.

￫ For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
