Space:

Important: In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this accommodation has strengthened its cleaning and disinfection measures to ensure the safety of our guests. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This complex is ideal for families with children. The entire house has all the necessary equipment for you. The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans, etc., but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning products, or hygiene products.



Situated in a complex facing the sea, with a restaurant, pool, and tennis court. We are asking for payment of electricity bills for Long-Term Reservations of 25 Days or More.



The complex has a pool for adults and children. There is a tennis court subject to availability. In the pool area, there are various amusements for children. The pool area belongs to the Casa Vela Pool Bar and Restaurant. This restaurant is great for relaxing and having a good meal at reasonable prices. The complex also has private parking.

This complex is located near the beach, in a completely quiet area, suitable for tourists and people who enjoy a quiet residence. It is 2 km from the old town of Albufeira. The urbanization of this villa is in a luxurious area of the city where the noise of nightlife and urban stress do not reach. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away where you can buy basic and essential products for your vacation. Recommended restaurants nearby. Albufeira Marina is a 20-minute walk away. There are some beaches (São Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes) that can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. You can reach the old town in less than 35 minutes.



There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes away that can take you to the city center or any other location in the city. The tourist bus that passes through the main tourist points of our city also stops at this stop. This complex has private parking.



Additional Rules and Necessary Information:



Please note that if you are a guest under 25 years old or part of a party group, we ask for a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.

In case there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the value, know how to proceed in advance, and refund the difference.

Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm early check-in closer to the arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with check-in information, which will be provided via my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department. Accreditation – 4 pm Check-out – 10 am The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.

We allow all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each additional person is 150 euros per week.

We are Pet Friendly - you must inform us that you are bringing your pet in advance, and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an additional cleaning cost (50€).
