Villa Quinta do Mocho is a charming holiday home located in Alcaria, about 20 minutes from the beautiful golden beaches. In a tranquil rural setting, it offers free Wi-Fi, a private pool, and stunning countryside views, ideal for those wishing to relax away from busy tourist centres.



The property is all on a single floor, with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 with bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms. The living room, equipped with 2 sofas, TV, DVD player, and sound system, has large doors opening to the patio and garden.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A brick barbecue and wood-fired oven are located outside. The spacious dining room offers a large table with exterior views.



Outside, the villa features beautiful gardens, a sunny pool, and sun loungers. The property is walled, with parking for several cars.



Villa Quinta do Mocho offers rural tranquillity, close to the village of Paderne (3 km) and 20 minutes from Albufeira, with its beaches, marina, and lively nightlife.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 7 guests.

From the 8th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
