Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living room, which has a fireplace and cable TV. Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, a Delta Q espresso machine, and a washing machine are provided.



Outside, enjoy a private garden with a charcoal grill, dining table, and sun loungers—perfect for outdoor meals in complete privacy. The private balcony upstairs offers a peaceful view of the mountains and Algarve countryside.



The shared outdoor pool is open in summer and exclusive to the condominium, with a depth from 0 to 2 m. Sun loungers and a parasol are available by the pool.



You can park in the shared condominium lot. Events and pets are not allowed. Please note the condominium is small, so access may seem narrow and the entrance discreet. Olhos de Água beach is a 7-minute drive away.
