This place is located in Sao Rafael - Albufeira.

Sao Rafael is considered to be a very quiet and beautiful zone (15 min walking far from Albufeira), Here you can find beautiful and unique beaches,some of which are wild. These are considered to be some of the best beaches in Albufeira and even in Europe!

Sao Rafael is 500 m far from Albufeira's Marina (where you can find stores, restaurants and bars) and 1800 m far from the village center, where you can also find a lot of restaurants and bars.



The dwelling is isolated and it has an extraordinary solar disposition, with private and heated swimming pool, a big garden and terraces with a view over the countryside.

The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning and sitting room, a winter garden and 2 suites.

On the first floor you can find 2 suites, each of which has a private terrace with an amazing view.

On the cellar there is a garage. Here you can also find a snooker table, a ping pong table, some gym machines, a bar, a bedroom and one wc.



Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help.

To use the heating of the pool there’s an extra cost .



Dreamplaces cares about any problems of its guests. We try to be proactive in this regard, but always respecting the space and holidays of our clients.

We will try ti help the host anytime he will need.



Villa Casa Vela is situated near the beach, in a totally quiet area suitable for tourists and people who like a quiet residence.

It is located 2 km from the old town of Albufeira.

This villa is located in a luxurious area of the city where the noise of nightlife and urban stress can not reach .There is a food shop about 10 minutes away where you can get basic products and essences for your holiday. There are many recommendable restaurants nearby. Marina of Albufeira is a 20-minute walk away.

There are a couple of beaches (S. Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes) that you can reach on foot in less than 1o minutes. You can reach the old town in less than 35 minutes



There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes away which can take you to the center of the city or to any other place in the city. At this stop still passes the tourist bus that passes through the main sites of our city.

This Villa has a private parking suitable for 2 cars.

You can also park in the street without add costs.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
