Located in the vibrant Jacarandá complex, right in the heart of the Oura area, this 2-bedroom villa puts you just steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife, and only a 5-minute walk from the beach, with Albufeira’s town centre just 2.5 km away.



Inside, the villa offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, featuring a spacious living and dining area that invites you to relax and unwind, with direct access to the outdoor space. The two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ensure restful nights and maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need throughout your stay.



Outside, the villa features a lovely outdoor dining area with a barbecue, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, and a private heated pool (available at an additional cost), ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve’s fantastic climate at any time of the year.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
