Villa Hawai is a charming holiday home located in Albufeira, ideal for families seeking comfort and tranquillity in a welcoming environment.



The spacious living and dining room, with direct access to the outdoor area, offers a bright and comfortable space for moments of socialising and relaxation.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed in an en-suite with shower and a bedroom with two bunk beds also in an en-suite with shower. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with two single beds in suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower, ensuring total comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with complete comfort.



On the outside, the pleasant garden with private pool and barbecue invites you to relax and enjoy pleasant moments in the open air, in a tranquil and welcoming environment.



Villa Hawai offers the perfect balance between rest and leisure, situated just a few minutes from Albufeira's centre, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful Fishermen's Beach.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
