Villa Florença is an elegant contemporary house located in Patroves, Albufeira, just 3 km from the stunning golden sandy beaches. With incredible sea views, a private heatable pool, and a games area with billiards and table tennis, this property is the ideal refuge for unforgettable holidays.



The villa has 4 bedrooms. Three with single beds on the first floor (two en-suite) and one double bedroom on the ground floor. There are also three bathrooms on the first floor (two en-suite) and an additional toilet on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room.



The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, and a large dining table. The cosy living room, with comfortable sofas and TV with international and Portuguese channels, has access to the exterior terrace with pool views.



The south-facing pool receives sunlight all day long. At the back, an entertainment area with a snooker table, table tennis, and a covered traditional barbecue offers the perfect space for outdoor meals.



Restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets are just a few minutes by car, as are the beautiful Castelo, São Rafael, and Galé beaches. Albufeira's centre, with its vibrant marina, charming old town, and famous Strip, is just 10 minutes away.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
