Algarve köpcentrum, vattenparker, zoo marine och andra temaparker Àr inom rÀckhÄll. Det finns 18 golfbanor inom 20 km. Gratis WiFi, luftkonditionering, satellit-TV, DVD-spelare. Fullt utrustat kök. Sovrum med badrum. Juniorrum med egen balkong. Badrum 2 ligger bredvid Junior sovrum. 1: a balkongbord och stolar med utsikt över trÀdgÄrden. 2: a balkongen med utsikt över Corcovada-komplexet. Fönster i varje rum har elektriska fönsterluckor. Videoinmatningssystem till huvudingÄngar. Strandhanddukar ingÄr inte. Vuxenpool och barnens barnpool strax under lÀgenheten. This was the second time we stayed at the complex, area is perfect, accommodations with the pool were great. Anita who was our host upon arrival was absolutely wonderful and as well her response to communication, owner of the property was also a 5/5. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at the apartment which had everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The unexpected welcome pack was much appreciated and both Adrian and Anita were very helpful.Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family and friends.

This very spacious modern apartment was ideal for our family holiday in Albufeira. It had everything any family could need and that made our stay really enjoyable - walking distance to an Aldi but also close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Short taxi ride to the Old Town. Very clean and kitted out with washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine plus the essential WiFi and TV especially when travelling with teens!! Pool and surrounding grounds so well maintained with sun loungers for all. Delighted to have found this spot. Highly recommended

We had a perfect stay in this big, clean apartment. It’s a apartment on the First floor in the corner overlooking on the right hand the pool. For my daughter en her friends a perfect stay to go out at night and chilling by the pool or sea which is nearby. for me also perfect with the restaurants, shops en sea nearby. A perfect combination. I thank Adrian and Anita for you kindness.

JĂĄ tĂ­nhamos estado neste apartamento e como gostĂĄmos imenso do CondomĂ­nio e da envolvente do mesmo (ex. Piscina Ă© Ăłtima; a varanda da sala tem uma excelente vista para o jardim / piscina e onde se podem efetuar / disfrutar algumas das refeiçÔes) voltĂĄmos a alugĂĄ-lo. O apartamento estĂĄ muito bem localizado e equipado, e tem umas Ăłtimas ĂĄreas. As camas sĂŁo muito confortĂĄveis. A limpeza (ex. vidros das janelas) poderĂĄ ser um aspeto a melhorar. Para finalizar gostarĂ­amos de enaltecer a simpatia, disponibilidade e amabilidade com que fomos recebidos pela Anita, a pessoa que na ausĂȘncia do proprietĂĄrio Ă© quem toma conta do apartamento e trata dos assuntos do mesmo. De qualquer maneira, gostarĂ­amos igualmente de enaltecer a boa comunicação com o proprietĂĄrio e a prontidĂŁo do mesmo para as questĂ”es pendentes.

A beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Albufeira. We were a family of five staying for 10 nights end of July. The welcome pack was great as we arrived late in the evening. The pool was also great and well managed during the day with no issues availing of sun loungers. Apartments are located in a quiet area but within a short walk to the Strip or a short taxi / bus ride to the old town. Thanks Adrian / Anita and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at the apartment, cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment was perfect, good big apartment with plenty of roomand storage. Security of apartment was fantastic also. View from the balcony was great and was a great location to everything in and around albufeira. Will definitely be back

Logement situĂ© en bout de rĂ©sidence Ă  proximitĂ© de deux rues qui peuvent ĂȘtre bruyantes la nuit. L'adresse donnĂ©e par le propriĂ©taire ne permet pas d'arriver Ă  la rĂ©sidence ! Terrasse en plein soleil l'aprĂšs-midi sans parasol, ni store. Pas de climatisation fonctionnelle dans le sĂ©jour. Pas de gaz le jour de notre arrivĂ©e. Gaz opĂ©rationnel le lendemain soir 20h. Deux jours sans eau chaude. Un jour avec un dĂ©bit d'eau extrĂȘmement rĂ©duit ne permettant pas de se doucher. Nous louons chaque annĂ©e depuis 20 ans et c'est la premiĂšre fois que nous sommes déçus par l'accueil, la rĂ©activitĂ© face aux problĂšmes et par les prestations...

The apartment felt like home to us. Clean, comfortable beds, great location and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Lynda and Adrian are great at recommending activities for the family to do when the weather is not great. . We will definitely stay again.

I booked this apartment with three friends. When we arrived we were kindly welcomed by Anita and she showed us around and informed us very well on things to do and where to go nearby. Communication pre-arrival went extremely smooth and quick. Adrian was very easy to communicate with and extremely kind. The apartment itself was much more spacious than we had expected with two bathrooms near each bedroom and quite a large living room. There were lots of good facilities (Netflix on the TV, good airconditioning, etc.). The balcony was very cute and great to sit on in the morning for breakfast or in the evening when the sun went down. The pool was nice, quite big and usually not too busy so enough room and a great place to relax. For younger people coming here to party, I definitely recommend this apartment as long as you treat it with respect and we were lucky to have two incredible apartment owners who were helpful and who we could contact if something went wrong. The Strip is only a 5-10 min walk and the Aldi is just around the corner (~ 3min walk). Even though it is quite close to The Strip, we didn’t experience any noise issues and the music is not too loud. Truly a lovely place to stay for both families and friends. We definitely recommend!

Apartment was amazing. Kids loved the swimming pool and garden area but be warned no ball games allowed between 8am and 5pm. Great location, short stroll (5 mins) to restaurants/bars and 10 mins to the strip. Owner of property(Adrian) so easy to deal with highly recommend this property if staying in Albufeira.

This is a super two bedroom apartment (with 2 bathrooms). Kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We found the location perfect as it was slightly away from the main drag. The complex is very attractive, lovely gardens, swimming pool, sun loungers etc. It also has plenty of parking. I would have no hesitation in recommending this area and apartment to family and friends. I am certainly looking forward to staying there again. Thanks also to the owners, Anita &a Adrian.

Excellent apartment in a private and quiet development with easy access into the eastern areas of Albufeira. Well appointed with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A "welcome pack" of bread, milk, water, ham and cheese (plus plenty of store cupboard basics) got us off to a great start. For a really special dinner within walking distance, try the Copos & Petiscos tapas restaurant - friendly, with good value and delicious food, and spoilt for choice on the wines! One cautionary word - don't use the google map on the HomeAway details to guide you to the apartment. We did, and had to call out Anita to come and direct us to the apartment which is some way from the google map "location". Anita was wonderful, and soon tracked us down, saying we were not the first to make this mistake! But don't worry, once there everything becomes clear and we unhesitatingly recommend this apartment. Adrian was very helpful both prior to our arrival, and also returning property we had inadvertently left upon departure. Thanks for everything!

Stayed at this apartment in September 2019. We were met on arrival, shown the apartment and the welcome pack we requested was in place which was very helpful. A spacious, clean apartment in pleasant grounds, a good pool with good access to sun beds. I found the owner easy to contact and very helpful when I left my hand luggage at the airport. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main bars/restaurants and 20 minutes to the beach. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the apartment.

Propriedade muito bem localizada e equipada. Corresponde integralmente Ă  descrição e fotos apresentadas. O proprietĂĄrio Adrian respondeu sempre prontamente a todas as nossas questĂ”es e disponibilizou-nos toda a ajuda que precisĂĄssemos atravĂ©s das pessoas que tomam conta da propriedade. GostarĂ­amos de destacar a imensa simpatia com que fomos recebidos pela Lynda (que Ă© quem toma conta da propriedade) e agradecer a sua disponibilidade e todos os esclarecimentos que nos prestou acerca do apartamento e zonas envolventes. O apartamento estĂĄ localizado na segunda linha dos apartamentos da Corcovada, ou seja, afastado da estrada / avenida principal de Albufeira e por isso estĂĄ num sitio mais calmo e muito tranquilo. As ĂĄreas do apartamento sĂŁo bastante generosas e igualmente destacamos a piscina (ex. tamanho, cadeiras, sombras, etc.) e zonas envolventes Para finalizar e apesar de termos ficado muito agradados no geral com o apartamento e estadia, deixo aqui 2 ou 3 sugestĂ”es de melhoria: 1) Quando os clientes sĂŁo Portugueses, Ă© obvio que na maior parte dos casos deslocam-se para o Algarve na sua prĂłpria viatura e por isso, apesar de estarmos numa zona tranquila de Albufeira e nĂŁo haver qualquer problema de estacionamento no exterior, o acesso Ă  garagem do imĂłvel seria sem dĂșvida uma mais valia; 2) Obviamente que a rotatividade de pessoas neste tipo de apartamentos durante a Ă©poca de VerĂŁo Ă© grande, com constantes entradas e saĂ­das de pessoas e intervalos de mudanças curtos (i.e. 4 ou 5 horas entre os antigos e novos residentes). No entanto, hĂĄ alguns aspetos relativamente Ă  limpeza que se calhar poderĂŁo ser melhorados (ex. limpeza das varandas, algumas manchas jĂĄ entranhadas no chĂŁo da cozinha e casas de banho, cortinados da sala). 3) Falta do comando da box da TV Cabo (NOS). DĂĄ sempre jeito e Ă© bastante mais confortĂĄvel termos um comando para mudarmos os canais remotamente, em vez de estarmos constantemente a levantar-nos do sofĂĄ para mudarmos de canal.

Adrian's property is a really well kept and clean apartment conveniently located in Albufiera. It was a perfect home base for us to enjoy all of the Algarve region. It is immaculately clean and well equipped for everything you need for your stay. Adrian is a very responsive host, answering all of our questions and providing great suggestions for airport transfer, which we did not end up using as we rented a car to explore the region. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would whole heartedly recommend Adrian and his house in Albufiera.
