    Fantastic 1st floor apartment, with elevator, located 300 meters from Praia da Oura and within walking distance of the famous entertainment area “Rua da Oura”. With quick walks, you can enjoy restaurants with varied cuisine and Algarve specialties, pastry shops, beach bars, and endless fun.

    The apartment features:- 1 bedroom with a double bed;- 1 bedroom with two single beds;- Living room with a double sofa bed;- Dining area with a table;- 2 complete bathrooms;- Fully equipped kitchen;- Dishwasher;- Washing machine;- Iron and ironing board;- Clothes rack;- Air conditioning;- Internet - Free WiFi;- LCD TV;- Balconies with a dining area and open view;- Excellent sun exposure;- Parking lot;- Barbecue.Location and Surroundings:- 150 meters from Praia da Oura;- 300 meters from the Oura strip, bars, and restaurants.

Amazing apartment

Lovely spacious apartment in a convenient area close to shops and beach. Ticked all the boxes for us. Would stay there again for sure!

Could be better

Location is great however attentiveness of staff was lacking. Outdoor furniture could also use some replacing given cost of stay. Also, not ideal for non-smokers or anyone allergic to smoke as the place smelled like stale tobacco. Overall value for price was just ok.

The property was vastly misrepresented; the condition was unacceptable for the price paid. Parking was a major issue—despite a garage which would not be provided to guests, I had to wait up to an hour to find distant, free parking in the evenings on multiple occasions, making exploration difficult during peak hours. The property itself was poorly maintained and documented with photos and videos. The AC duct entering the apartment was filled with lumps of dust, triggering my allergies, and was only cleaned after reporting. The double bedroom rear door to the balcony was effectively broken and remained unrepaired; the balcony door to the single bedroom was jammed, preventing airflow and again unrepaired for the duration of the stay. The two single beds provided were broken which I only found out at 1am on the day I checked-in so as someone with a bad back, this caused discomfort and a poor night of sleep, and although they were eventually replaced, my sibling and I had to sleep on the floor one night. No apology or compensation was offered by management. Overall, I felt ripped off as the experience was poorly managed considering the price I paid. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision. Do not always believe pictures as the reality is different. However, I do hope the next guests who stayed at the apartment had all the issues resolved after we left and enjoyed a pleasant stay, thanks to my efforts in bringing these problems to management's attention.
