The very functional and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle to ensure the quality of your meals.

Access to the building, through the main door, it is necessary to enter a code to enter. Access to the lower floors, by elevator, also requires access codes, in order to guarantee the security of the building.

Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
