  • Stor villa på 165 m2, nära Ouras vackra och berömda nattliv och rörelse ("trotoir" - 350m), men tillräckligt långt borta för att bevara tystnaden; ligger i ett exklusivt område på 1180 m2, med stor privat pool, grill, trädgård och två parkering - en av dem, täckt. Med utmärkt läge, beläget i Areias de S. João, mellan Praia da Oura (Albufeira) och gamla Albufeira, på avenyn som också förbinder Forte de S. João och Inatel. På 600 meter, till varje sida, finns det två vackra vita sandstränder (Oura och Forte de S. John). Oura Center på 450 meter. Albufeira centrum på 2 km. Villan är byggd på mark med 3 villor, stängda och muromgärdade. Bred utsida. Restauranger inom 50 meter. Main Avenue of Oura (Av. Sá Carneiro) 300 meter, vinkelrätt mot husets Avenue, med barer, restauranger, butiker, diskotek, apotek, kliniker, stormarknader, bankomat ...
    Observera att priserna i priserna är för max 6 personer. För en beläggning på 7 till 8 personer eller 5 till 6 bäddar höjs prislistan med 10 eller 20%. Vi kan begära betalning av en del av vattnet och el beroende på antalet personer och konsumtion. Gas ingår.
    25% av hyreskostnaden betalas med bokningen. De återstående 75% måste betalas upp till 15 dagar före beläggning. Insättningen måste deponeras tillsammans med 75% betalning. Vi accepterar inte checkar. Betalningar måste göras genom banköverföring. Vid avbokning kommer 75% av depositionen att returneras 60 dagar före hyresavtalet och 50% upp till 45 dagar före hyresavtalet. Total förlust därifrån.

We had the most amazing holiday! The villa is in a great location, close to everything you need. The garden/ pool was beautiful and the villa itself was authentic, had everything you need and stayed lovely and cool. We would love to stay again! Thank you for the great communication throughout. This was our first family holiday, booking through vrbo and the process was very smooth and easy.

An amazing property in a perfect location! We did have some issues with hot water but they were super helpful in getting that sorted for us. Would 100% stay here again/ recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing day time but also wants to be near the strip, didn’t have to get a single uber! Thank you for having us!!

The host Maria was lovely, very responsive and helpful The villa itself was wonderful Positives: The location was great, close to the strip and the beach Easy to get around - we used the restaurant next door as a pick up point for Ubers The pool is lovely We had a group of 8 women’s on a girls trip and the property was perfect for it Things to note: We didn’t find being close to the road too loud, but there were a couple of nights it got a bit loud so if you’re light sleepers - this is something to consider The water pressure meant that we had cold showers most of the week - the host very kindly sent someone out but we still had to shower one at a time even if there was three showers at the house One of the bedrooms says ‘double bed and two single trundle beds’ but this is either a double bed OR two single trundle beds - wasn’t an issue - but just something to note Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend for large groups

Beautiful villa in a great location

We loved staying at this villa & 100% book again! Bedrooms are a great size, bed were comfy, pool was great! The location is perfect 10-15 mins walk down to the beach, 30 minutes walk to the old town and 5 mins from the strip if you want to party. Really loved it and will be back!

Heerlijk weer huisje

Ik ben hier met een groepje vriendinnen geweest en het was echt heerlijk. Heel fijn zwembad in een grote tuin (met een barbecue!!). Op loopafstand van het uitgaansgebied. Wij hebben genoten!

Perfect stay

Couldn’t have stayed at a better place, literally 5 min walk to the strip. But you wouldn’t know the strip was there, as it was peaceful.. Next door to a nice restaurant. Would definitely stay there again..

Great house, close to everything

We had a terrific stay! The house is centrally located and equipped with everything we needed. Owner was great to communicate with. We would highly recommend this rental home

We had a slight hiccup when the gas ran out, meaning no hot water or cooking facilities. However one call to Maria Helena and the issue was resolved very quickly.

We loved our stay. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. The villa was clean and spacious, with a large pool set within a beautiful garden. The villa even stayed cool enough for us not to need the air conditioning. It is ideally located - very close to lots of restaurants and bars but far enough away that you don’t hear the noise from the strip at all. The Old Town is also walkable and worth a visit. Highly recommended.

The property had everything that we needed for our stay, its just five minutes away from the strip where there is buzzing night life and also a beach close by. The weather was not that great so we did not use the swimming pool. Great place

Perfect Return!

This was our second visit to this property, and once again it ticked all the boxes for us. Lovely and clean, fantastic pool, great location and just what we needed for a relaxing break in the sun.Both the owner and the housekeeper couldn't have been more helpful. The pool and gardens are also regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.We all had a fantastic holiday, and hope to return again in the future to our favourite property in Portugal!Thanks to you all for making our holiday so special.

Villa very clean and comfortable,3 good size bedrooms and great outdoor space and pool Well positioned with a really good restaurant next door and numerous bars and other restaurants within a couple minutes walk Close to the Strip but we heard no noise at night Would recommend for a family who didn’t want to move to far with a young family
