Absolutely loved it

Perfect family holiday, the villa was fab, clean and modern, the pool was just the right size for a swim and splash about. Miguel was really helpful with the check in and out. The location of the villa was ideal, for our party of 7 family members, it was out of the way and the nearby restaurants where a 10 min walk if that. I was worried that we’d be in the centre of all the Brits on tour but we weren’t, but if you wanted the nightlife it was a 15 mins drive away. The local people were so friendly and helpful too, first time in Portugal and I would definitely go back, probably to this villa too. Such a memorable holiday. The only minor point was that a fair few of the sun loungers were broken and should have been replaced.

lovely villa

The villa was perfect, the pool was heated as requested. The rooms are nice and the location is near by the beach. The villa is very nice also for small childeren. The villa managar is easy to contact with is nice.

Great relaxing retreat

We are grandparents who entertained our daughter, husband and grandkids, 11 and 13. We all enjoyed the location, spaciousness and recreational activities at the villa. It was close to beaches and restaurants. Lots of bathrooms and towels provided for everyone. The kitchen was large with all needed appliances and a new washing machine was installed while we were there. What a great spot!

Perfect

From booking the Villa to being checked in and checked out the process was faultless. 4 couples stayed for a 60th birthday and golf week and a fantastic time was had by all. We had hired cars for the week but ordering the use of Villadumas taxi and ubers is so easy and cheap. The Villa itself with 5 bedrooms and 4 en suites was why we chose Villa Carlivo and the area was quiet. Perfect. Thank you Villasduma we will be back.

Beautiful villa

The Villa was perfect for our family, children lived in the pool position & location ideal. Short walk to shop restaurant & beaches. We loved the walk along country lane to the Honey farm for meals & coffee. The Villas Duma staff were all excellent special thanks to Helen & Miguel. We shall return.

Mooi huis, netjes, goed onderhouden, zowel binnen als buiten.

Goede ontvangst door Helen, nam tijd voor uitleg van het huis en de omgeving. Mooi huis met veel badkamers en grote keuken met voldoende keukengerei. Halverwege schone handdoeken en badkamers werden schoongemaakt. Vuilniszakken geleegd. Probleem met oven was na een telefoontje met Helen binnen half uurtje gefixed door monteur. Een echte aanrader👍

A Well equipped house suitable for 10 persons and a friendly Housekeeper.

the villa is well situated near one of the finest beaches in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimmingpool was large enough to enjoy us all. We had a perfect stay.

Amazing!

We are due to go home today and none of us want to....the villa is beautiful. We had 3 children with is aged 5 - 7 and they had the most incredible time. The villa its self is perfect. It has everything you need to feel at home. Beds are comfy, kitchen is amazing and fully equipped, the pool is awesome,, everything is just beautiful and amazing. As for Helen, from the moment we booked to today she has been so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. As for pedro....he is brilliant, hes on call for you 24/7, he is your taxi, your guide and your help if needed. We have been so impressed with the service I have already booked to come back to another of there villas next year. We have had the most perfect family holiday. Thank you Helen and Pedro. See you next year.

Great golf villa for 8 guys.

Everything as advertised. Villa was well appointed with everything you’ll need. Pedro was excellent with lots of helpful local information. Make sure to eat the local oranges.

The photographs do not give this Villa the justice it deserves - it’s fabulous.

Stayed here for a girls holiday - we truly had the best time. From the time of booking the team have been great, Helen was lovely and very helpful. And Pedro; what can we say?! He made our stay, nothing was too much trouble, including ensuring we were safe, driving us everywhere, and just being generally fantastic. The amenities and cleanliness of the villa were second to one. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfekt!!!

Wir waren mit 8 Personen vor Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bot genügend Platz für alle. Das Haus war hochwertig und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. In allem ein Top Haus und sehr empfehlenswert.

A brilliant holiday in superb accommodation within easy reach of shopping and several restaurants

We were made most welcome by Helen who kept us updated prior to our arrival and looked after us during our stay. The villa offers private transport including airport transfers, excursions, shopping trips all of which were done by Adriana whose number we were given at the beginning of our stay. This was a great bonus, we could take a walk and phone for a lift home. The villa itself was outstanding, clean and everything provided that was needed. The location was ideal variety of good restaurants and shopping nearby which would suit all pockets. We would recommend the nearby tea rooms and Restaurante Bar a lagosteira. Also a trip to vineyard Quinta do Frances near Silves ( Adriana knows the way) We only wait to return

AMAZING AMAZING home + location

Everything about our stay at this villa was exceptional: It is beautiful, peaceful, extremely clean, and quite luxurious, with a grand swimming pool, gorgeous landscapes, large modern kitchen and 5 glorious bedrooms AND bath! Up the road is the town, with wonderful restaurants, markets and bars, and just 5 minutes drive away is the gorgeous Falesia beach. Thank you Nuno for sharing your home, and thank you Belita for facilitating our stay. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Outstanding villa!

This is a beautiful modern villa, it was immaculately clean. We were a group of 10 adults staying at the villa & we never felt that we were on top of one another due to the size of it. The villa itself is roughly about 10 mins in a taxi to albufeira. Thankfully we were given a taxi number in arrival for a lovely lady Adrianna who could come & pick us up when we needed to go somewhere. She was slightly more expensive than a normal taxi but was worth paying it as other taxis did not know where the villa was. There are a few bars & restraunts within walking distance if you wanted to stay local. The villa was very well equipped with utensils, towels etc. Each room is has an ensuite & they are all a decent size. I found the booking of this villa very easy & the owners were more than accommodating in helping us with any queries we had. I Would definately recommend staying here if you are a big group not wanting to stay in albufeira town itself. I hope to return next year :) charlene
