Great location close to nightlife, coffee shops, university district, museums and outdoor activities. Beautiful tree lined neighborhood for taking walks to our nearby park. In the heart of Nob Hill near the University. We have a little of everything nearby, great for anyone! Hot Tub added

This house has been divided into a triplex. This private unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom quaint little space that will make you feel right at home. There is a private entrance, free parking street parking in the front. The shared area has a fenced back yard with firepit, grill and a new hot tub.

-Grill (shared): we try to provide propane but in the instance it is empty and you have to refill we will reimburse (partial) cost as long as the tank is not empty when you leave.
-Parking: front Street parking. take all valuables out of car, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked

Centrally located, set in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the main drag (Route 66) so lots to do. The unit (part of a duplex) was well furnished and equipped. Communication could have been better: seems like we received automated responses from the property owner. But it wasn't a problem.

Perfect respite

Charming stocked bungalow

We felt very comfortable in this updated nice size one bedroom triplex. It had everything you might need and good streaming service and Wi-Fi. It was easy to drive anywhere from it, and we liked the quiet neighborhood. The living space was very comfortable and it was a breeze cooking in the kitchen. We never used the shared yard and fire pit or hot tub. We were out and about sightseeing. Don’t miss the petroglyph trails or the botanical gardens, or the Bosque trail by the Rio Grande. Shop at Trader Joe’s uptown near the mall. It’s nice.

Albuquerque sorta 2nd honeymoon

We stayed a week and really fell in love with the property. It really couldn't be a more charming house. The location is great and let us walk to coffee shops and restaurants in Nob Hill. 10/10 would book again! Thanks Taryn for an amazing stay.

Quiet neighborhood, easy street parking, safe and comfortable

We enjoyed the conveniently located house with a comfy king bed and the free Apple TV. It felt like a tri-plex tho with people next to us and behind us with a little noise but nothing terrible. We didn’t use the bonfire or backyard space, kitchen or laundry. Wish we got more than 2 bath towels. Super great location to Central Ave and airport and also the Coronado Center for balloon fiesta park n ride. Owners were very responsive. Loved the balloon cookies and pin upon arrival.

Quaint Comfort

Location in Nob Hill is great. We very much appreciated the spacious bedroom w/king bed. Nice kitchen, although we weren't there enough to cook. Having the washer/dryer there was a plus for sure.
