It's a perfect escape to relax or enjoy time with friends or family. The modern and cozy atmosphere will make you feel right at home. (Remodeled in April 2025) The two bedroom 1.5 bath, 2 car garage home is located in a very established, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Home is located in the northeast heights, walking distance to the Albuquerque movie studios and Balloon Fiesta Park. It is also within a 10 minute drive to breweries, casino/golf, wineries, distilleries, restaurants, grocery stores, Target and I-25. You can get anywhere in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho in less than 30 minutes from this home.

    Reserve this home for the Balloon Fiesta and take a short 5 minute walk to the Balloon Park or just watch the event from the home where the Balloons will fly right over your head. The park is just down the street!

The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. The sunset view from the dining room was beautiful all 3 nights. It made me feel safe to have garage parking. Everything was clean and kitchen well-stocked.

It was great !!! Defenetly felt like a home away from home ! Best AB&B I have ever stayed at Jake was awesome and responded back very quick ! Thanks Jake ! Awesome Host !!! Quiet peaceful and the view from the back yard awesome even woke up to catch balloons in the sky loved the location and also very clean and comfortable!

We came to town for my daighters wedding. Jake was very accommodating with great communication. The house was so clean, newly remodeled with everything modern. The beds are comfy with an abundance of comfy pillows. The backyard was a nice side with a table and chairs and a very nice BBQ Grill. It was ao nice to stay at a clean, safe house for such a special event in ours lives. Thank you Jake for giving me one less thing to worry about.

This place was as advertised and more. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The queen bed was adjustable which came in handy. (we have adjustable beds at home). Everything was very clean. Since the house was recently refurbished, the appliances and fixtures were new or near new. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The garage was helpful. Communications with owner was professional and friendly. An excellent value and would highly recommend.

Visiting family

This home was everything and more we were looking for. I was traveling with my sister, coming to see my first Great grandson. We were able to have my family visit, in the nice living area. It was a very safe area of town, with lot of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores close. Close to the main highways and an easy ride to the airport. We look forward to using this home again. ! Definitely a 10! This house is outstanding & owner, rocks! Jake is a great communicator & offers an excellent property that is extremely clean, fantastic location in a safe & quiet environment, convenient to everything, especially the Balloon Fiesta Park; you can walk there! All the essentials needed, are included, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (Queen is a massager!) & furniture, secure garage, if your vehicle will fit! Not for an F350 truck! So much better than a hotel! Book it!Hope to return one day during Balloon Fiesta!Thanks so much, Jake!

The Host for this immaculate, comfortable and covenient northern Albuquerque home has thought of everything to make a week long rental easy and comfortable. From the big items like melt into and relax recliners and comfortable beds, to little things, like extra plug-in cords at the bed side for phones, clothes hampers, clothes hangers, and plenty of extra pillows and towels. The kitchen is a small galley style, but is arranged so it is easy to prepare food and find what you need, including a blender for making tomatillo salsa and a potato masher for guacamole. But don't plan to make too many meals, Jake has a listing of local restaurants that I recommend you try. There are so many delicious options within a few minutes drive.If you are traveling with a loved one that has some mobility issues, this is an easy access home. One step in from the garage and safety bars in both the walk in shower and hallway bathroom tub.We were traveling with our 2 aussies, and greatly appreciated the use of the garage, as it made safe loading and unloading for our pets. We also appreciated the safely fenced backyard where our pets could wander.Be sure to rise early on calm days to check for the hot air ballons. There were 3 in the air the morning the wind had died down. It was spectacular to watch. Thank you Jake for a great home away from home.

Last minute beauty

I went on vrbo to find a last minute rental. To my surprise there was this lovely home just calling my name. I checked availability and sure enough it was available for the weekend i needed. The best surprise was the owner was someone I had rented from before he had just added this new rental. So i knew it would be great. This home is very easy access to the I 25 and nicely located to other places to visit and eat. Easy to get to the home close to the main street and a corner home. Very easy entering home. This home was decorated with thoughtfulness about the people who would be staying in this home. It felt peaceful and serene. I would definately rent from them again. I would the communication with any concerns or requests is wonderful and response time is excellent. Any properities with Jake are worth every day of a stay. Recently updated two bedroom in a quiet residential area near Ballon Fiesta Park. Great location, within a 10 to 15 min drive to multiple grocery stores, Target and dozens of restaurants. Sandia Peak Tram, hiking and mountain bike trails, Old Town, UNM and Petroglyph National Monument all within about 20 min drive. Would definitely rent again if I’m back in the area
