The Space:
Located in a friendly community on the West side of Albuquerque, tucked away in a private, quiet cul-de-sac, this 3-bedroom home comfortably caters for up to 6 guests. Modern and functional this vacation rental is beautifully decorated and designed for absolute comfort and convenience. Just 20 minutes from Balloon Fiesta, you'll find many parks, attractions, and hiking trails, all close by.

Upon entry, the formal room is perfect for gathering with friends and family by the cozy fireplace. The nearby gourmet kitchen is loaded with all the cooking essentials. A convenient breakfast bench nook provides casual dining with proximity to the home cook.

The dining and living rooms are incorporated into the open plan living area. The décor is impeccable, with high-end finishes and fixtures assuring comfort and luxury.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide plenty of space for the entire family, easily accommodating up to 6 guests.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in a private and very quiet cul-de-sac, Casa De Paradise Hills, NW ABQ. Located on the West side of ABQ in a friendly neighborhood, within proximity to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and necessary conveniences. Nearby to the Petroglyph National Monument with its ancient volcanoes, significant archaeological sites, some 24,000 carvings and numerous hiking trails makes this home an ideal base.

Casa De Paradise Hills is just 20 minutes from almost everything around ABQ. This ideal location is approximately 20 minutes from the world's largest hot-air balloon festival. Every October, the ABQ skies are colourfully painted with over 500 balloons during the Balloon Fiesta, one of ABQ's top annual attractions.

The Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway and Ski Area provide year-round recreational facilities, with a November-to-April ski season. The aerial tramway is just 25 minutes from your door.

ABQ is rich in culture and heritage, nestled between the towering Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande Valley. Our city is home to countless breathtaking sceneries and is brimming with vibrant energy. Year after year, people travel to enjoy ABQ's quality of life.

ABQ's temperate climate and various attractions draw skiers, museumgoers, balloonists, and adventure-seekers of all kinds. The proximity to both mountains and rivers and central location along old Route 66 and later, Interstate 40 have attracted people to the area for years.

The Rio Grande runs through the heart of ABQ with miles of beautiful walking and biking trails. Kayaking can be enjoyed during Spring and early Summer when the north's snowmelt creates the ideal river conditions. From Bernalillo to Tingley Beach, it's a 26-mile float where you can see various wildlife types, including birds, coyotes, beavers, porcupines, and turtles.

• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• We welcome your furry friends with an additional charge of $200.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and it was truly a joyful experience.
