Fun and Easy Stay!
Great location to get to various things around ABQ. Property is exactly as pictured. Great communication with host! Lots of the details covered to make for an easy stay! Lock on gate was a hassle for coming/going easily with a car throughout the day but also made us feel more secure. Dogs barking in the neighborhood but that’s out of the host’s control. Would stay again!

Very convenient
Great little spot, very convenient. The owner was helpful with my technological challenges with the door lock system and was responsive in getting that figured out. We didn't require any follow up after we checked in, everything was fine!
We walked to the Sawmill food court too, which was convenient!

Trip to Albuquerque
We traveled to Abq for a short stay to visit friends and attend a meeting. The place was clean and mostly quiet. The neighbors dog barked periodically but no big deal. The casita was well stocked ,clean and comfortable.I would surely stay there again

Clean and secure
Owner was accommodating with request to use key and lock pin code instead of bluetooth access which was greatly appreciated! Neighborhood seemed safe, but appreciated having a gate for extra security. Appreciated cleanliness of house, outdoor sitting space, and coffee (nespresso!). Only wish is that there was a fan or AC unit in the bedroom, as it got quite hot. Otherwise, great experience!

Renting was ok but didn’t have smaller glasses to drink from only cups.
The furniture, chairs were very uncomfortable, one had a rip in the back!
