This lovely aesthetically pleasing home is well situated near some great tourist attractions such as Nob Hill and also UNM/UNM Hospital. It is great for a short stay but we also host longer term guests as well. This home has a full kitchen, a living room area, one queen bedroom and a stackable washer/dryer. This home is pet friendly, but does not have a fenced yard for your pet. This home has been converted as a duplex, but both homes are completely private with separate entrances.

We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore.

Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.
