Great stay for work and play!

We came to Albuquerque as a group to attend a trade show and work it as well. The house was very easy to find, well maintained and spacious! We can't say enough good things!

Sooo CHIC

The place is so Chic and cozy at the same time. The property was nice and clean and there are ample beds for a large group. Allen was incredibly responsive and attentive to our questions and needs. I will definitely save this location as a favorite for my next visit!

5 Star Stay

Your house is so chic and a beautifully decorated mid-modern dream. It has everything you need for a short or longterm stay. It's perfectly situated with ease of access to the foothills and the city without having to deal with traffic. It's peaceful and quiet, comfortable and clean. The kids loved the connect four and jenga. Allen was quick responding and accomadating when we had a last minute of guests. Thank you so much!!

Golf ladies in ABQ

The property offered everything we needed. Everyone got their own bed and there were enough bathrooms for seven women. We were able to access all parts of Albuquerque and surrounding areas easily. We had a problem with a shower the first day. But the owner was able to have it repaired by the time we returned from Santa Fe that day. The front door lock is tricky but we figured it out. If only the weather had cooperated. We had a great time!

Nice neighborhood, responsive host

The house was huge and spacious. We had plenty of room for everyone. When we arrived, there were several cleanliness issues that we communicated to Allen. He was immediately apologetic and offered to send a cleaning crew back. He mentioned there was some maintenence happening so the maintenence folks had left a bit of a mess. Bottom line is Allen was responsive and accomodating. We had a great trip!

Property spacious with 4 bedrooms and two queens in 3 rooms. 3 full bathrooms with plenty of towels. Kitchen adequately stocked for parties of 10-12 and large dining area. Outdoors in poor shape! Had not been cleaned up for awhile. Putting green and area covered with bark and pine needles. Had difficulty getting into house as host had wrong information on house key and location of house key and difficult to understand. Overall would highly recommend if above issues taken care of.

Nice place quiet neighborhood

The only issue we had was opening the doors. The screen door was locked. The inside door code was wrong. Made the phone call to get the key from the lock box. After getting the right code, it took a few times during our stay where the door would not lock unless you had to pull and hold the door closed. It might be a good idea to replace that lock assembly for future guests.

Check in issues

The house was very clean w plenty of showers for 5 women who had to be somewhere, as a group, early in the morning. Our issues were that it took 45 minutes to check in. Our passcode was wrong and keypad was broken. After trying to "message host" we found his phone #. He opened the door remotely and gave us new code. I told him that it looked like keypad was broken and would let him know in a few minutes if code worked (we had been outside for a while after our drive) Code didn't work and found out later that keypad had been broken for a while. After no text reply I called. Asked him about using keypad on garage door, but he told us to get key from lockbox, so we had one key for people in 2 cars. Cleaning woman was very helpful. She came by to send pictures of landscaper's work to host. Let us use her garage door opener and said she would try to have someone empty the totally full trash bin, which she did after a couple of days. When these things are addressed it was a nice house.
