“Our room was small and close to a busy road so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. We had everything we needed and it was very clean!”

“There was an immediate welcoming feel walking into this property. Maura was an excellent host and answered even silly questions promptly! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a doggy bowl and a high chair if these were needed. Loved the fun sayings, and things like which bin was for recycling were clearly marked. Comfortable seating for 6 in the lounge and three comfortable double beds upstairs. Bathroom had some room to move and a heated towel rail. Parking spot right outside was grest....

“Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a lovely setting. Warm welcome from our hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Moat house pub serving good food within a few minutes walk was a definite bonus. Nice location for visiting Stratford upon Avon and lots of attractions around the area. Would definitely stay again.”

“Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to. ”
