There is easy parking, has a free parking in front of at the outside.



It has a capacity for 5 people maximum with 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with single bed and 1 with 2 single beds), living / dining room with TV.

Upon request we can provide a sofa bed for an additional guest.

It has 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house.

Bed linen and towels are included. On the terrace there is an area for lunch / dinner and there are parasols.



It is the ideal place to spend your holidays as a couple, with your family and for retirees looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

You can find 3 local markets, Wednesdays in the port of Pollença and Sundays in Pollença and Alcúdia.

Nearby are famous and emblematic beaches such as Formentor, Cala San Vicente, GOLF fields (Alcanada) and the Puerto Náutico de Puerto de Alcúdia & Pollença.

Easy connection to Palma, 45 minutes by car by highway and 40 minutes from the airport. It has bus stops and nearby taxis that communicate with any side, beaches, golf, restaurants, etc.

Close to Pollença, Alcúdia and Puerto de Alcúdia and 10 minutes by car from the famous Hidro-Park water park, the ideal place to spend a funny day with the family.

Other things to note:

We may be obliged to collect the city tax from the guests upon arrival at the Villa. This tax will be paid in cash at your check-in.

Check-in will normally be from 4pm although on request it can be flexible.

Check-out will be before 10am.



BY RENTING THE APARTMENT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

- The apartment has a capacity of five (5) guests maximum.

- It is not allowed to have parties, make noise or shout, this is a residential area.

- Take care of the apartment, furniture and fixtures, as if they were your own, and leave them as you found them.

- Cleaning fees are included but If you leave the villa dirty and untidy, we will be obliged to charge all the cleaning cost to you.

- It is forbidden smoking inside the home, it is only available on the outside areas.

- Minimum age 30 years. Ask for less age.
