“This place is like coming to paradise if you like mountains, a fresh climate and the nature close outside your window. This hotel has also got a wonderful lodge-style with interior details such as stonefloors, fireplaces and nice interiör and spacious premises. The only only thing that made me give 4 out of 5 is that I think that the SPA should have been included. But I would choose It again any time. Thanks”

“Pan Pacific is fantastic! We recommend it 100%”

“Phenomenal hotel phenomenal service. Phenomenal everything! I understand it’s the four seasons we’ve been many times and know the prices for room service ect are outrageous. But we went down for breakfast… we were charged for individual items because it was 11:20 and breakfast ends at 11am…. Which was fine…. “Staff at front desk were courteous and helpful. Access to hotel entrance and parking was good. Room was as advertised and clean. Heated pool and hot tub looked inviting but didn't use them. Hotel was very accommodating with our dog. As hotel is far up the mountain, the free shuttle to the village was a great feature.”

“Varmt rum!! A/C låter som en helikopter”

“Bra placerat och fina rum till ett bra pris. Poolen var uppskattad!”

“Läget är outstanding. Personalen är fantastisk! Fint och rent rum. Låst parkeringsgarage i hotellets bottenplan endast för hotellets gäster. ”

“Booked a two queen beds room, the bedding set on both beds were dirty. The elevator has some smell.”

“Más espacio para el parking, por que si dice que lo incluye y cuando uno llega dicen que está lleno eso no me parece bien”

“Bra internet. Små skåp vid couple pod då vi inte fick plats med båda väskorna. ”

“Overall, the hotel was reasonably priced for our stay and conveniently located, which we appreciated. The only issue was that our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, and we ended up waiting until approximately 4:30 PM. We were told the room was still being inspected, so we had to keep checking back, which was inconvenient after a long day of travelling. I do appreciate that the hotel compensated us for our $30 parking fee. I understand that delays can happen, but it would...
