This home has a large kitchen, a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There are four flat screen smart televisions in the home with internet access.
The first floor has an open floor plan with room dividing curtains separating the sleeping areas which include a queen-size bed and full-size bed. The first floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The upstairs is open with a booking of 4 guests or more and has two queen size beds, a bathroom with shower.
The front entry is at ground level, and the back entry has a patio door with a deck.
The upstairs has two accesses (indoor and outdoor).
The home has private parking away from the street.
There is room for trailers.

This is an ideal little place to stay when visiting Alexandria! Our family has stayed multiple times and it's always spotless. David is a friendly, responsive, accommodating host. Our son and daughter in law joined us on this trip and stayed in the second floor "addition". It was private for them and yet we could all be together to visit and enjoy the time. We'll definitely keep coming!

We were extremely happy with our stay here in Alexandria. This was an annual fishing trip for Mr and my sons. Plenty of room to park a truck and boat. Outside electricity. Close access to the lakes or anything else in town. Was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely check it out again next year.

Four of us ladies had a fabulous time at this beautifully appointed home! The beds were SO comfortable! One lady said she would have liked to take her bed home with her! Everything was clean. Each of us had our own television with remote, which was fun. We could view from each of our beds. Lots of outlets to plug in our electrical equipment. The house was in a great location for us to easily navigate to our meeting. AND there was plenty of parking for our four vehicles. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this comfortable, welcoming home. And the host was so helpful to us, too! When we return to Alexandria, we definitely will want to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family of six in town for a wedding. We found it immaculately kept with all the comforts necessary for our stay...even an ironing board! It is an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants and to the lovely Lake Agnes. The owner went above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. Highly recommend!
