The Villa features 6 spacious bedrooms, with 4.5 bathrooms. There are four king beds and two queen beds. The property has a number of different sleeping arrangements for guests.
~First Level Highlights ~
There is a large kitchen with commercial grade appliances. Cooking and baking will be at ease with the abundant amount of utensils and cookware. There are several locations for dining indoors or outdoors.
The beautiful sunroom off of the kitchen is great for unwinding and reading a book or watching the kids run to the lake! This is only one of many locations with a view. Enjoy the back deck to catch the sun rays off of the gorgeous Maple Lake.
The first level has a primary bedroom that includes a view of the lake, comfy lounge chairs, and a full his & her bathroom. There are a total of four different dining locations including two on the first level, one on the lower level, and one on the back deck. The first level has a full sized laundry room, coffee bar, and living room.
On the lower level you will find all of your entertainment needs which includes the following:
Full Wet Bar: The bar has seating for four individuals, a 65" LG Tv, a wine cooler, and drinking glasses for any spirit including Whiskey glasses, Margarita glasses, Martini glasses, and of course copper mugs for Moscow Mules!
Games: Is your family or friend group full of competitors? Look no further as the villa features plenty of options for entertainment.

The lower level has a small home theater with a sound system for winding down at night. The ___ Smart Tv has all the streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and more! There is also a secondary living room.
The lower level has one private bedroom, a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and a screened in porch patio.
The upper level has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the upstairs hallway closet, you will find plenty of extra linens, pillows, and blankets!
The backyard includes a private fire-pit with seating near the lake. There is also a gazebo facing the lake that can be used as a kids play area or private hangout spot.
Guest(s) will have access to the entire property, a brand new 50' dock system, backyard and of course easy entry to the 100' of lakeshore. Guest(s) are welcome to dock their boat here! The dock has seating and a ladder into the water!
About Maple Lake:
Maple Lake is a spring-fed lake with excellent water clarity and features a varied aquatic plant community. Located south of Alexandria near Forada, there are two public accesses available with a public fishing pier on the north shore. (Explore Alexandria, MN)
Anglers:
Although there may be others, anglers can expect to find a variety of fish including Black Bullhead, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Bowfin, Brown Bullhead, Carp, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Pumpkinseed, Rock Bass, Walleye, Yellow Bullhead and Yellow Perch in Maple Lake. (Lake-Link, MN)
