  • Imagine waking up to the sound of water. Our characterful house is built on the edge of the river — the terrace looks directly onto the banks, where time seems to stand still.
    Ideally located between Santillana del Mar and Comillas, two of the most beautiful villages in Spain, the house is away from the tourist routes. Here, there is no noise, no crowds — just nature, the green Cantabrian air and the murmur of the water.�PGJyPgThe house can accommodate 12 people, making it the perfect place for a great stay with family or friends. Enjoy the waterfront terrace for your meals, evenings or just to do nothing.
    Just a few minutes away: the wild beaches of the Costa Verde, the medieval alleys of Santillana, the cliffs of Comillas and, on the horizon, the peaks of the Picos de Europa.
    June and September, this is Cantabria at its best: golden light, mild temperatures, and a region that is almost entirely yours.
    The French border is less than 3 hours away. The feeling of another world is immediate.
