Ideales Haus für Mehrgenerationen-Gruppe
Mit den 4 Schlafzimmern und den 2 Bädern war ein entspannter Urlaub in der Großfamilie möglich. Die Lage zwischen Strand und trubeliger Altstadt ist optimal. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem bekommt man vom Treiben der Altstadt nichts mit.

Casa espetacular muito espaçosa e bem localizada
A casa é ótima. Grande, bem localizada, com excelentes áreas e todas as facilidades com fácil acesso. O pátio e terraços estavam um pouco sujos mas a limpeza do interior da casa estava impecável. Cozinha super bem equipada. Comunicação com os donos super confiável. Adorámos a experiência. Muito obrigada

Situation idéale
Très belle expérience. Bon accueil. Une maison agréable, bien équipée. A proximité, de la plage, du village, des commerces. Idéale en famille ou entre amis. La sortie d'autoroute proche permet d'aller facilement dans tout l'Algarve

No anúncio refere que a casa tem ar condicionado, na realidade tem, mas apenas num quarto, na parte superior da habitação. Casa excelente para famílias grandes, bastante espaço, terraços agradáveis. Muito perto da praia, e do centro da vila.

Ar condicionado enganoso
Propriedade mt bem localizada. Casa grande, ideal para grupos numerosos. De lamentar que indiquem que tem ar condicionado quando, na verdade, apenas um quarto no 1.º andar tem. A casa é bastante quente e as ventoinhas existentes não refrescam o suficiente.

Great host and great house
Ian is a great host always promptly replying to all queries and giving us local numbers to solve any issues that could arise (there was never an issue though) The house is lovely and hosts a family of 9 with 2 fridges and plenty of cutlery. It is very near to the beach and supermarket making it very convenient. Definitely recommend

great location and great cosy villa
The villa is well located and is perfect for 2 families to gather (with kids). It is very well furnished and very spacious. the roof top is very pleasant for a late pm drink, I highly recommend the villa.

We had a great holiday in Alvor
The property is exactly as shown on the web site and was perfect for our needs. Communications and arrangements for access to the property were made easy by Ian. The villa was clean and well equipped. It has a spacious roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing and a shady courtyard for when the heat gets too much. The location is perfect, situated between the beach, the town and the waterfront, everything you could need is within a short walk.
