Great hotel, great location. Not really walling distance to village with kids or late when it’s dark. Rental car is recommended if you want to experience the surroundings. Or else stay at the hotel and enjoy the facilities. SPA has age limit from 16. Only really wish for improvement is a towel heater in the bathroom, gym clothes, swim suits and towels doesn’t dry up during night or outside if it’s very humid. Else a great place to be. We are already planning to come back for summer vacation.

Superfint hotell med hög service och bra restauranger. Fint poolområde och nära till havet nedanför dom mäktiga klipporna. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

First class resort
A first class resort of highest standard situated on top of the cliffs above beautiful beaches. Excellent service although I recommend the breakfast service to pay more attention to details. I highly recommend a visit hear.

Beskrivning om hotellet
Spa bra, frukost bra, sängarna hårda men sköna. Ballongkuddar, inte så skönt. Temp på rummet lätt att ställa in. Maten bra-mycket bra. Mycket barn, men i SPA poolen lite människor och inga barn. Vi kom för en natt och stannade 3 nätter.

Tjusigt på ytan, men inga 5 stjärnor
Läckert hotell med utmärkt läge. Fina promenader längs havet. Restauranger och staden inom promenadavstånd, 20-25 minuter. Men en knarrande säng störde vår nattsömn. Frukosten höll ingen 5-stjärnig klass. Ingen påfyllning av sådant som tog slut. Kön för omelett var så lång så det var bara att glömma.

Avslappning i fin miljö
Hotellet har ett underbart läge vid havet på promenad avstånd till den äldre delen av Lagos. Stora utrymmen och hotellet har alla faciliteter du kan önska dig, stränder och omgivning väldigt vackert.

Dyr hotellnota!
5-stjärnigt hotell med tillsynes en 5-stjärnig service. De tog nicklarna till bilen för att parkera i sitt garage. När bilen skulle hämtas dagen efter var både kaross och däck skadat, skrapat mot något. Hotellet vägrade att ta något ansvar för detta. Dålig service i restaurangerna, trots att Det verkade finnas mycket personer gästerna var få. Beställningar glömdes bort.

Lägenheterna var i mycket gott skick och utrustade. Sängarna var dock fö hårda för vår smak, troligtvis då de ej hade någon bäddmadrass. Servicen var mycket bra och hotellets restaurang var ett av våra bästa minnen i Portugal.

Utmärkt läge!
Efter byte av rum (fick först ett handikappanpassat rum som bland annat saknade det utlovade badkaret) fick vi tillslut ett bra rum med badkar. Fint hotell annars! Trevlig personal, bra pooler och nära till jättefina stränder. Några småsaker på rummet gör dock att det inte riktigt känns 5-stjärningt. Varmvatten saknades ett par gånger när vi kom hem från stranden och det gick tex inte att stänga toadörren.

En helhetsupplevelse
Vi tillbringade 4 nätter på denna fantastiska plats som hade allt; stillhet, bra service, närhet till havet, Barnen som är 5 och 8 älskade att hänga vid poolen(det finns 3 att välja mellan) och det fanns roliga barnaktiviteter varje dag förutom söndagar. Vi bodde i en lägenhet med utsikt över golfbanan och vidare mot havet och åt frukost och lunch på terrassen. Det enda som var lite negativt var att sängarna var lite för hårda, iaf för min smak. De enorma, fluffiga kuddarna kompenserade dock :-) Det var svårt att åka därifrån! Rekommenderas varmt.

This was our second time here. We were amazed that the majority of staff were the same as last year and that they remembered us. We absolutely loved our stay here, they are large rooms with excellent bathrooms and large balcony. All the staff from the cleaners up are polite and very helpful. The restaurant has a good range on the menu all well prepared, there are a range of bar snacks too if you prefer. The bar is excellent with a wide range of cocktails, beers and wines. We will definitely return.

came here during offseason - its very difficult to find the amenities and you have to walk very very far to find anything and the signs are all wrong. We followed a sign that ended up taking us to parking lot and had I not held the door we would've been locked out with no service or a way to get back in. Overall, the staff was ok when we checked in and just demanded our passports right away. She literally said who are you? instead of Hello, how was your flight. It was also far away from everything. Next time I would just do another hotel closer to the beaches and the old town. It felt like a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel

Gorgeous resort, right along the water with gorgeous views of the cliffs. We had a problem with the hot water in the first unit we were in. But the staff was very attentive and helped us immediately find another apartment and move all of our stuff over to the new location. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The restaurants on site are great options if you don't feel like venturing into Lagos. Very happy with our stay here.

I highly recommend this property. Amazing service. Great spa. AND wonderful trails to explore the cliffs that this property sits on. No need to gi anywhere for food unless u want to explore Lagos more. They have three restaurants on site and there’s a huge breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes. and pancakes. Two pools: one heated and one not. Overall, the service level is what impressed me the most. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful resort and the staff is exceptional. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable and our balcony had an amazing view! The entire staff at the gastropub were excellent and the food and beverages outstanding!!

Big basic apartments and beautiful beach nearby
We stayed in the apartments which could be older than the actual hotel rooms. The room was big but very basic so 5 stars are more about the services that the resort provides (spa, gym, golf, tennis) and not the luxurious accommodation. We had a car so it was easy to reach but it is 30 min walk from Lagos-center so if you don’t have a car, you need a to prepare to walk to get to the restaurants etc. I would imagine this would be a perfect spot for families and groups. The trails and the beach nearby are soooo beautiful!
