Vi hade ett rum för tre men bara utrustning i pentry för två, vi fick inte mer trots att vi sade till i receptionen. Hade två halvtrasiga stolar på uteplatsen och vi fick inte en tredje trots att vi sade till i receptionen. Sängarna var sköna och bra luftkonditionering. Väldigt lyhört genom ytterdörren! Städningen var bra! Poolområdet var bra.

Underbar plats som vi har besökt många gånger. Bra hotell, men jag saknar en del saker som hade gjort vistelsen bekvämare, som t ex tunna gardiner för insynsskydd och sminkspegel.

A great hotel; very clean and service oriented personell. Really liked everything but would have aporeciated having city centre closer to the hotel. portimao not a very interesting city though but enjoyed the marina and closed by restaurants.

Not worth the money!
We have stayed in this hotel 5times, but this we be the last. To expensive for what you get! Room had ants and the cars for gates and room never worked (bad system) and allot of running to reception at night and day to get new keys.

Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
Vi har bott här tidigare, och valde att komma tillbaka eftersom vi trivdes så bra förra gången vi bodde på hotellet. Tivoli Marina är ett hotell med fin saltvattenpool, nära stranden och beach club samt turistgatan. Vi checkade in sent, p g a förseningar med flyget och uppskattade verkligen att incheckningen var så enkel och smidig. Under hela vår vistelse fick vi ett underbart bemötande, super bra service och även hjälp med att boka utflykt. Restaurangen (som har en väldigt trevlig utsikt) är värd ett besök. Kommer vi till Portimao igen så kommer vi att välja samma hotell.

Fantastisk frukost, slarvig städning. Blev bestulen på en jacka som hängde i garderoben också en fickspegel försvann. Trevlig personal, framförallt buggyförarna. Blev en ganska dålig incheckning pga bristande information. Rumsnyckeln (kortet) kunde inte förvaras nära mobilen för då avregistrerades nyckel!!! Hände oss 2 eller 3 gånger. Jobbigt att förvara nyckeln långt ifrån telefonen 24/7.

Most things really good, however water pressure ..
From a hotel in this price range, I expect pretty much all aspects to be excellent or really good. This is also the case for most things; staff was very nice & helpful, breakfast was excellent and room + pool areas in general very good. The big minus however concerns the water pressure (showers & toilets) which was sub-standard in my view. Had it not been for the poor water pressure, I would rank this hotel a 5 out of 5. However due to this, my total rating for the hotel ends up at a 3 out of 5. On the other hand -- in case you aren't too concerned about water pressure in the bathroom, you can instead consider this review a 5 out of 5 :)

Avkopplande, nära härlig sandstrand
Trevligt hotell med fin saltvattenpool, nära sandstranden och beach club samt turistgatan. Bra parkering erbjuds. Tyvärr var gymet stängt under vår vistelse (vilket var en besvikelse). Vi skulle gärna bo här igen, om vi gör ett nytt besök i Portimao.

Ok stort hotell
Ett stort hotell där man kan åka golfbil mellan byggnaderna. Poolen ligger vid huvudbyggnaden och är relativt liten för hotellets storlek. Men närheten till stranden bra. Frukost serveras även i andra byggnaderna också vilket gör det enkelt på morgonen. Parkeringen är gratis och enkel utanför rummen. Utsikten bra från andra våningen.

Superbra!
Vi är en familj på 5 personer som bodde mycket bra i den välstädade lägenheten som hade 2 sovrum o ett allrum med bäddsoffa, litet pentry och stor takterass! Fint och lugnt läge i hamnen precis intill den långa strandpromenaden, en kort promenad från matställen o gågatan. Rochastranden är fantastiskt fin! Trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

Lugnt mitt i marinan
Utmärkt strand i närheten. Hotellet ligger annars lite avsides vid en stor marina. Inte så mycket att göra runtomkring, förutom strandliv. Vi bodde i ett annex, så det var promenad till reception och frukostrestaurang.

Jättefint hotell nära både strand och restauranger
Väldigt nöjda med detta hotell, hyrde en lägenhet med 1 sovrum, sovplatser för fyra med bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det var rent och fräscht och lägenheten var lagom stor, hade en fin terrass ut mot båthamnen. Det var nära både till strand och pool, hotellfrukosten var helt ok, lite enformig dock. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Vi var nio personer - far- och morföräldar, barn och barnbarn. Vi var alla mycket förtjusta i hotellet som var mycket barnvänligt. Överskådligt och lätt att hålla reda på barnbarnen. Fint poolområde. Fin frukost och vänlig personal. Det något negativa var i så fall att det var smutsigt under sängarna. Råkade tappa min mobil..........

Ups and downs at the Tivoli Marina
We did not arrive to this hotel with any high expectations. In my experience this often leads to being pleasantly surprised... Well, sadly not in this case. When reserving & paying for a room almost 5 months in advance you would think that you have a fair chance of not getting the "left-over room", as far away as possible from the beach, with one of the sliding doors to the balcony all covered in calcium oxide... obstructing the otherwise so beautiful view over the marina. Maybe this wasn't the worst room, but we couldn't help feeling a bit cheated. One would also expect the hotel to take note of any families travelling with small children (0-2 years). Our room was located on the second floor (out of 2), and since there's was no elevator we had to carry the baby carriage up & down the stairs a couple of times a day. This may not have been a huge problem for us since we're relatively young and healthy, but may still be valuable information for any of you fellow hotel visitors. Regarding the service, there were some ups & downs. For example, after being superbly assisted by one member of the staff in getting a doctors appointment for our daughter, we were rudely treated by another at the breakfast buffet for not waiting to be seated (which we would of course normally do, but with only 15 minutes to spare until the doctor arrives...). On a positive note, we think that our stay was good value for money. We will however not return. Sadly, this hotel has potential.

A beautiful property with stunning views of the a castle and towns on cliffs. Their dining area overlooks this view and it's amazing. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Praia da Rocha is very close and a pleasant walk from the resort. Their big pool is a saltwater pool and we really appreciated to be allowed in our room earlier.

Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage, der Ausblick war wundervoll. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und es gab wirklich zu wenig Platz um alle Anziehsachen zu verstauen. Keine Haken nur ein Schrank mit wenig Regalböden gerade mal Platz für 2 Personen. Das Extrabett für die 4 Person war eine Pritsche die nicht zu empfehlen ist für schwerere Personen oder Personen mit Rückenbeschwerden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig.

Enjoyed the NH Marina Portimão. Friendly staff. The room was spacious, a bit older, but very clean. We were in the Marina side. There is also Deck & Sun side. The brunch was really delicious and lots of options. Would recommend staying there.

Truly a sensational location and experience. Close to the water and right on the marina. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Beaches are close and are clean and outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic and was a great way to start each morning. Close to other cities for site seeing and touring. This location made our first trip to the Algarves and Portugal one to remember!
