Great for a family
We enjoyed everything, Amanda and Stephen was helpful and answered promptly. It is a well equipped property with everything you needed for friends or family. The dogs around the place, on some nights were noisy, but otherwise no problems. Thank you it was very enjoyable.

Everything and more
It is exactly as the pictures show! A beautiful villa with a stunning pool and outside space. There is enough of everything inside and out! Its like a home from home. The games, pool table and tv with english/ netflix was perfect at keeping everyone entertained. The sun os always in the garden but the positioning of a veranda is perfect to get some shade or eat under. The local supermarket is only a few minutes away by car or uber. Vilamoura is also only 10 minutes away and is stunning with the marina for the rich (cars and yachts) restaurants, bars and beach. The only very small downside is that there is no air conditioning. They have given plenty of fans but at night when its 30+ degrees it can be uncomfortable. Communication was fantastic and we had an amazing stay! Memories made.

Incredible Villa
I booked this Villa for a 30th Birthday holiday get away and it was absolutely perfect. Amanda and Stephen were brilliant hosts who provided every detail about the accommodation prior to our stay which made checking in a smooth process. The Villa was clean and well kept, there was even a thoughtful birthday gesture left in the kitchen ready for our arrival! The Villa itself has plenty of space and is clean - there was a brand new powerful shower fitted in the downstairs bathroom. There are lots of different areas to sit and relax, eat food together and socialise. One con is that the Villa gets quite hot in the afternoon and at night especially when the shutters are closed for a period of time during the day. There are fans in each bedroom although I think air con would have taken the Villa to another level as we did struggle with the heat at night. We used Ubers to get around as you would need a car to get around. Vilamoura beach was around 20 mins away. We had lots of plans for the time we were staying there but all in all I think most of us enjoyed relaxing at the Villa the most and wished we'd spent more time there! Definitely going to keep Casa George in mind for future. Thank you so much Amanda and Stephen!

Casa George
Villa lovely and spacious. 10 people from infant to 70 age. Outside area and pool very good. Coildnt see where the sea was though. All you need for large group to stay. Unfortunately the 2 closest restaurants were closed for the duration. Not really suitable to walk the 2km to the village where the supermarkets were sited. Lovely beaches nearby and lots of info on places to go and other places to eat. Cannot fault the owners, rapid on replies and extremely helpful. Only real downside was at night when the local dogs, or is there a compound, kept us awake for a while with barking. Settled on late g and t to help us along :) Nothing to do with the owners of Casa George! Thank you Stephen and Amanda for letting us stay.

obrigado Casa George
What can I say from the moment we booked Casa George Stephen and Amanda made us feel welcome. The information sent prior to our trip was excellent, they even took the time to provide us with a list of recommended restaurants. The villa itself is spacious and well maintained. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. As we were travelling with two young children they provided two of everything …..cots, high chairs and the stair gates must have been bought specifically for our stay as they were still in their boxes. The gardens were where we spent most of our time, the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The grass area proved the perfect sport for a game of football or boules whilst the pavilion provided much needed shade throughout the day. The outdoor BBQ is great although we decided to cook on probably the windiest day of the holiday! The villa is in an idea spot. Equidistant from Albufeira and Vilamoura and the stunning beaches that proved popular with the whole family. Aldi and Lidl are literally minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa George and hope to visit again one day. Thank you Stephen & Amanda The only negative is the noise of the local dogs, both day and night. Thankfully you do get used to it! Oh and the rooster!!!!

Très bon séjour à la casa de georges ! Maison très jolie, bien localisée. A proximité de pleins de lieux touristiques, commerces, restaurant. Mais tout en étant au calme. Wonderful place for the Algarve area!
Casa George is lovely. It is out of the tourist area but close enough (10-20 minutes drive) to Vilamoura and Albufeira. The beaches are amazing, and the use of your own car is necessary. The area outside by the pool is wonderful. Stephen and Amanda answered all our questions and helped make our vacation so smooth and effortless! Highly recommend!

Brilliant property and great communication with owner
Great property that suited our needs perfectly. We could not fault any part of the property and would happily stay here again. The location of the property within a few minutes drive to the shops and close to villamoura was perfect for us as a family with small children. When emailing the owner to request cots being in certain rooms and queries the response speed was amazing even when they were on holiday themselves. Die Lage des Schlüsseltresors stimmt leider nicht.

Excellent stay at a very clean and well maintained property. A quiet location away from the crowd was just what we needed. Pool was superb and the cleanest I’ve ever been in. Service by owners, manager and pool guy was exemplary. We had two hire cars which enabled us to visit the beaches and Loule. We have no problem with recommending this property. Wholeheartedly.

Paradise
We were a family group of 9 & we stayed in the villa for 6 days in the middle of the heat wave. Firstly- the villa is simply beautiful, it is well maintained & spacious. The pool was clean & the gardens were so vibrant. The kitchen is well stocked. Everyone had a wonderful time. The only downside was - there is no AC in the property & it made staying & sleeping there very difficult during the heatwave days but the vilia owners are not responsible for the weather. The evenings were more comfortable. All in all- a wonderful experience

First time in the Algarve
Our time in this beautiful house was fantastic!! It is a great central location to many stunning beaches that are within 15-45 minutes away. After a long day at the beach, the backyard pool was awesome to jump into to cool off. The rooms were large and very clean, as was the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to make your stay very easy. We were sad to leave this beautiful home and cannot wait to be back some day soon!

Beautiful, peaceful, private getaway
A very comfortable, well equipped villa with lots of space for 8 people. Lovely pool, bbq and garden space. While there is no air-con, most rooms are double aspect so there is plenty of breeze. Half an hour walk to Lidl and Aldi, with some good, well priced eateries nearby. Give Uber an extra 10 minutes to arrive than you would expect. The market in Loule is lovely, as is the town. But the villa is fab for just chilling and relaxing in privacy. The owners were quick to help and respond to all enquiries. We will be back!

Perfect getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa George. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with and gave us some great recommendations for meals out. The villa was well equipped and the pool area was great. It is in a good location; peaceful but within a short drive of the supermarket, restaurants and the coast. The only downside was that there wasn’t enough cushions for the outdor furniture at the end of the garden.

A lovely break away
We stayed here for 10 days in May and had an amazing time. We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 2 years old to 57 years old. The property is a little bit out in the sticks but this is explained when booking, but Uber was simple enough to book to visit other areas. Amanda and Stephen were brilliant even prior to us arriving - we had issues with our booking with Vrbo and the communication with them was superb! Even when we were at the villa, we queried about mosquito plug ins and they were dropped off immediately. We have always visited Portugal either in May or September, being cooler than the summer months but this time the weather was hotter than usual which was lovely, but a bit of an issue when it came to the villa not having any air con. We all got bit by mosquitos a fair bit which we have never experienced with Portugal before, unsure whether it was because there was no air con or just because we were surrounded by trees and plants. One of the downstairs bathrooms seemed to have issues with flies and ants - we arrived and there were dead bugs around the bathroom. Bug spray was supplied at the villa and we bought more to try and get rid, but they kept coming back. The listing is exactly how the villa was - stunning! The orange and lemon trees at the front of the villa were lovely and we even picked the fruit as a garnish for our gin! The pool is a great size and we made lovely memories teaching our 2 year old to swim. The outside grass and decking area is also beautiful, with lights you are able to turn on of an evening. Overall a lovely stay, so a big thank you to Amanda and Stephen!

Golfing break
My 3 friends and I had a brilliant stay at the villa. Whilst Boliqueime is a small town there is easily accessible shops for supplies. Uber is ready and available or you can drive which I'd recommend. This Villa is the perfect base for a getaway. The location is somewhat secluded and we were so happy with this. The Villa itself is brilliant. The rooms are clean and spacious and a well equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The highlight of the property was the BBQ which saw use everyday numerous times. The pool is refreshing and constantly clean with a handy shower outside too. The outdoor space is amazing with the AstroTurf allowing for inventive putting challenges for us golf lovers. The patio at the bottom of the garden was the perfect place to relax unwind and enjoy a cold beer. The hosts have thought of everything and instantly felt at home and prepared for our stay. I honestly couldn't be happier with this villa and proved to be the perfect base to explore some of the many golf resorts in the near vicinity. I would 100% recommend this for a group looking to stay, be it family or friends. It caters for everything. Such a lovely place and worth it's weight in gold. Thank you for. Brilliant stay

A summer house also made for winter
When making the reservation for Casa George for the new year's eve I was concerned with being very cold, since usually the houses in Algarve are prepared for summer but not so much for the winter. Luckily for us, this was not the case: the house has a fireplace, which works like a wonder and the hosts even left us some firewood for us to have a fire upon our arrival. Also, there were carpets laid out and heaters in the bedrooms, as well as duvets on the beds. Regarding the house itself, it is prepared to have plenty of people, namely regarding kitchen supplies and chairs/sofas. The outside area is very nice and spacious and the living room and the porch are hit directly by the afternoon sun, perfect to lay back and watch a movie. After making our reservation, we also received plenty of information from the hosts, not only regarding the facilities but also regarding the surroundings, making our stay easier. I only thought that there was some scarcity on hot water, even with fast showers, and the power went out very easily, sometimes with only the washing machine and the oven. Will definitely come back, nevertheless!

Férias em família
Adorámos a Casa George! Foram dias muito bem passados em família, aproveitámos todas as facilidades à nossa disposição na casa, equipada para as necessidades de quem deseja passar férias tranquilas sem saídas a toda hora. A zona exterior é óptima para relaxar e fantástica para quem tem crianças que gostam de aproveitar o ar livre. Iremos, certamente, voltar!

Gostamos muito de estar hospedados aqui. Os proprietários foram disponíveis e preocupados E sempre muito simpáticos. A cozinha está mt bem equipada e tem muito espaço para as crianças brincarem que era exactamente o que procurávamos. Obrigada!

very nice and comfortable villa , especially with 3 bathrooms !
Stephen was very helpfull from the beginning and we had no problems whatsoever We had a very nice stay (of course helped by the weather) , very nice kitchen, nice pool , nice artificial pitch. Only negative thing we can mention is that people sleeping in the top floor can hear barking of dogs at night which can be annoying , certainly with windows open (maybe is normal in Portugal/such areas , but don't understand why neighbours / locals do not correct eachother in such cases) We can recommend this house to every one Kenny

Casa George
We were a family of 8, (3 sons + girlfriends) . There was no shortage of crockery etc. Pool & grounds were clean. You need a car if you need to venture further afield. Owners very accommodating. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Une merveille
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa .. Elle est d une propreté exemplaire, un emplacement parfait pour les ballades, l accés aux plages. . Tout est bien pensé pour les enfants: chaise haute, lit, matelas gonflable pour la piscine. Et nous avons même eu droit à des présents locaux lors de notre arrivée (très belle attention). Si j avais juste un petit inconvénient, ce sont les aboiements des chiens des alentours surtout le dimanche (jour de chasse). Sinon, une propriété vraiment très agréable. Je la recommande.

Stylish, spacious and family friendly Algarve villa!
Our stay at Casa George was excellent. The owner was very informative about the villa prior to our arrival along with useful information about the area. This included local restaurants and attractions that had been recommended by previous visitors. The villa was very clean and had a plenty of entertainment for the family should you choose to spend a lot of your time at the villa as we did. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage areas. The pool was very clean and suitable for younger children of around 4-5 years plus. The astro turfed area was handy to have to kick a ball around with the children as well. The outside dining area around the pool was plentiful and the additional area towards the back of the property is lovely in the evening. There are plenty of things to see in the area, which you can get to most within about 20-25 minutes or less drive. I would recommend hiring a car but you can get taxis to and from the villa. Overall, our stay was excellent and gave us very good first impressions of the Algarve. Highly recommend!

Villa exactement comme le descriptif. Propre et très bien équipée. Procédure de réception des clés très simple qui permet d arriver à n importe quel moment. Commerces à 5mn en voiture. Propriétaire disponible et soucieux de la qualité de notre séjour à la casa Georges. À recommander

Great stay in Portugal
I came to this property with a group of lads. Stephen and the villa manager were always available via message with any requests or help needed. Nice quiet location with a great local restaurant a few minutes walk down the road. We had a brilliant time here, especially enjoyed the Astro area and pool. 15 mins taxi from both albufeira and Villamoura which was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
