With regards to the Spa extra cost, we are sorry about the misunderstanding, but the Spa (as many others) it's an hotel extra service which was not mentioned as an included service in your offer, and therefore subjected to an extra cost. Moreover, in all rooms we place an information sheet where the extra charge is mentioned, as well as on our website. We take this opportunity to inform our guests that the restaurant, for an ethical choice, is a vegetarian restaurant. For this reason, the hotel offers to all the guests an italian breakfast, which includes hot bevegares and a wide selection of fresh fruit, sweets and desserts, excluding meats and other derivatives. In spite of this, we have kept a selection of local cheeses and salami in order to meet the exigences of those guests who cannot, or don't want to, renounce to this variety of food. In addition, we would like to inform our guests that the menu placed on the breakfast tables every morning includes other salted options: some of them, such as the omelettes, have an extra cost, but many others, such as the fried eggs or other egg-based dishes, are on request but free of charge. We are sorry if your stay didn't meet your expectations, but we hope you to come back to visit us so that our staff will make you experience the relax and peacefulness we always try to transmit to our guests.
