Good hotel with international standard
Good hotel with international standard and fantastic location with its own beach. Several restaurants with high standard, especially good seafood. Good gymnasium with various training equipment. Check-in and Check-out efficient. The hotel room cleaning could have been better so being the laundry service. Recommended.

Very pleased. Malek the general manager was a gem. Selma was quiet a lady. Made us feel at home.

Service loin des standings d’un 5* ou de la chaîne Mariott. Les - : L’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur (réception, bar au lobby), les chambres sont vétustes (cadre de porte qui ne tient pas), nous avons été réveillé en pleine nuit par l’alarme incendie (pendant 30 minutes) sans explication et encore moins d’excuse. Pas de serviette dans les chambres après nettoyage (il faut les réclamer avec une chance sur deux de les avoir). Les clients ne sont pas traités de manière équivalentes. - Les + : la piscine assez spacieuse, l’accès à la plage privé, toute la partie resto (nourriture très bonne, personnel professionnel). Suite à notre déconvenue (pas toutes exposées ici) nous avons eu un geste commercial. Conclusion :Ne venez pas dans cet hôtel si vous attendez les prestations d’un 5*. En revanche si vous souhaitez passer un moment loin du centre d’Alger pour seulement bronzer et manger ça conviendra.

J'ai voyagé dans plus de 40 pays et cet hotêl est le pire que j'en ai jamais vu. Il ne mérite même ses 5 étoiles. Le personnel est non professionel. Il faut presque les supplier pour avoir les services que tu as payés pour!!! Ils passent leurs temps sur leur cellulaires personnels au lieu de servir leurs clients. Je vais faire une plainte officielle à la Direction de Sheraton car ce n'est pas acceptable ce que j'ai vécu dans cet hotêl avec mes enfants.

It is now clear why this hotel receives such poor reviews. The check-in process took 28 minutes. We paid for sea view and they tried to put us in a garden view. During the checkout they tried to charge us for the room rate which we had pre-paid. The Fitness Center was EXCELLENT. Great massage! Many items on the menu in the bar and the restaurant were not available. Only one restaurant was open. This is a very nice 3-4 star hotel— but listed as a 5 star.

Spacious green areas and stunning sea view
I always go to Sheraton des pins when i come to Algiers, food is nice, hygiene level is high, staff are friendly.Internal swimming pool is amazing and sea beach is wide and big, clean and very satisfying. Rooms are big, clean, quiet and desk area is big to have work done.

Great beach, but don't book it with Hotels.com
Steps away from an amazing private beach. Check in staff were not helpful during our confusing and tense 45-minute(!) check in process during which the hotel wanted to charge me more than what was specified on my Hotels.com booking (over and above the state and city tax that I already expected to have to pay). Breakfast buffet was average and not worth the 2500 Dinar ($25 USD).

My room was dirty no towels a/c wasn’t working properly. I paid for breakfast & happy hour. Arrived 30 mins before the end and they refused to serve me. Never again.

Very disappointed!
Where do u start! Extremely disappointed! And frustrated me and my wife and our 8 month old baby and years old daughter had a terrible experience! Up on arrival Freida was welcoming and tried her best to help, however the check in was meant to be at 15:00 but we didn’t get a room till 17:30! We got to the room air conditioning don’t work! Only fan mode the room was boiling hot! The fridge didn’t work I tried calling reception from the room and guess what! The phone didn’t work!!! They replaced the fridge but all our baby food gone off as the new fridge needed a longer time to start cooling over 24hrs , the following day! The water cut out for few hours! And this kept happening 2 times a day every single day during our stay! The poor staff were responsive when we went down to speak to them but there is nothing that they can do not one single manger came out to speak to me and apologise or even explain this water cut ! I couldn’t shower or was our kids! Even worse electricity cut out while I was in the gym and everything went pitch black, it was very dangerous with all the weights around and other people using equipments, I had a very bad holiday I give credit to few individuals who were very helpful and polite 3 ladies from the fitness ouided, amara, khadija , and there was a man called gussied from the beach team who was amazing always helping with the pram and kids and setting things up for us , really nice person, apart from that I’m very disappointed with the Maintanence

The air conditioning was Terrible , I had 2 rooms and my teenagers kids were unable to be in the room … temperature was around 38 to 40 Celsius in the room and each time we open the window mosquitoes were terrible !! The problem is the air conditioner was down about a month before I checked in and no one informed us prior to our arrival, I asked for a fan and no availability to it … this is not a 5 stars hotel , I should have my money back Was a bad experience to be there I’m very disappointed and it was very expensive for this kind of experience, I want Expedia to assist me to get me a reimbursement from them because it wasn’t ok My son left the place ahead of time and I have the proof of newspaper as well the videos of talking about it as was scandal I will send you the paper written from the hotel management every day of my stay putting under our rooms and no one wanted to resolve the problem

Très beau établissement situé en bord de mer , tout était impeccable de l’accueil par un personnel très chaleureux et courtois particulièrement Une jeune dame ( Dounia) à la réception jusqu’à Check out . Restaurant avec buffet très varié, et délicieux nourriture fraîche , propreté et confort dans les chambres, une plage magnifique , bref un séjour inoubliable en famille que je recommande fortement.je reviendrai sûrement dans le futur . Bravo encore une fois aux ce personnel très attentionnés qui a cœur de bien servir la clientèle. À bientôt

I liked the Indoor swimming pool and the beach. You won't be able to watch important sports events as the hotel is not a subscriber to any of the channel package.

Horrible de A à Z ... check in lent, Nesrine au comptoir est désagréable, suite à une erreur de ma part ma sœur n’a pas été enregistree de suite dans la chambre, on lui refuse l’accès à l’hôtel et un agent de sécurité nous suit et nous humilie en nous disant qu’on n’a pas le droit d’être là ... la chambre est vétuste, les vitres sales, le téléphone ne fonctionne pas, signalé à 11h, il ne sera réparé qu’à 16h après 3 relances ... aucune serviette en arrivant, on en demande elles arrivent 1h20 plus tard ... un hôtel dysfonctionnel a tous les niveaux. Merci à Yacine de la réservation tout de même pour avoir modifier notre réservation rapidement et avec le sourire

Nice hotel and nice staff. Almost a 10, but I give a 9 because something happened: After giving the luggage man 1000DZD, when I asked for change a bill into coins and smaller bills (for tips) at the bar, the waitress made a "mistake" and gave me less coins than should have. As it was less than the tip I would have gave her, and was too obvious that was not really a mistake, I didn't complaint, but I spent much less in tips since then. The hotel is incredible, and ALL the staff was kind and professional, only that waitress wasn't, so 9 over 10. I would repeat.
