Please contact me before booking any stay above 9 nights due to local regulation. Modern apartment on the first floor of a building 200m from Santa Barbara Castle, 300m from the Market and Bullring, 500m from the Historic Center. Ideal location to visit the city of Alicante on foot during the day (shopping, culture, history ...) and night (bars and restaurants). Just 10/15 minutes walk, we can enjoy the Port of Alicante and Playa del Postiguet. At 300m there are good connections to the Airport (bus, line C6) and the TRAM, to visit different places on the coast (Playa San Juan, Benidorm ...). In the streets around the building, parking is free, availability according to schedules.

The apartment has a sunny balcony with stools, to relax with a glass of wine. It consists of a romantic style bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 with high quality mattress and a bathroom with Italian shower. Bright living room with kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher (more free time to enjoy the holidays). For your comfort: air conditioning, hot and cold, large screen TV with Netflix and Prime, Wifi access 30 megabytes, filtered water ...

Excellent property and host is a 10/10, extremely helpful in giving us recommendations for places to visit and eat. It was a 20 minute walk to Postiguet Beach while walking through Old Town. The Santa Barbara Castle is just behind the property so can easily walk up the hill. We also took the tram to other towns like Benidorm (1 1/2hr ride) and hikes along a rocky beach trail in Coba de la Huertas (recommended by host!). He also recommended a tour to El Guadalest and swimming in the Waterfalls of Les Fonds de l’Agar, what a great day that was. Property has a mini split for air conditioning, washer/dryer combo comfortable bed and hot shower. Everything was as expected! Highly recommend this property

We have been to many BnBs in our travels over the years so good hosts that care stand out. Jess was so very helpful and interested in our trip. It’s becoming rare to have a host that greets you, helps with your luggage, shows you how the stove works, and shows you a map so you know where you've landed and which way to the beach and the grocery store and also feel you can message with questions - when you only have a few days you don’t want to spend your time being lost and missing out on what you came to do. Also, the place is kind of a masterpiece in space organization. It has every thing you need and also very thoughtful things that you like to have. A great bed, a spacious shower that works super, air conditioning, a sweet little terrace, good nespreso machine with pods, washer, beach towels, and an equipped kitchen with sharp knives and a decent sized tv with a streaming services. We have a great stay in a great location, thanks Jess!

Central apartment

Although the apartment was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the harbour and beach there was bars and restaurants much closer. The apartment was compact but had everything you needed. The host Jesse was very helpful and informative.

Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli.Dotato di ogni comodità per sentirsi a proprio agio Il terrazzino è molto piacevole soprattutto al tramonto. Tutto funziona perfettamente sia nel bagno che nella cucina che sono pulitissimi.Il proprietario è disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza ed anche molto rispettoso della privacy dei suoi ospiti. Può dare preziose informazioni sulla città e come muoversi o fare acquisti.Appartamento vicinissimo al centro ma situato in una strada tranquillissima.

Fantastic holiday in Alicante City.

I had a great time in Alicante City and I don't drink or smoke, but there were a lot of things to do and see and Jessy's apartment was clean and comfortable with a fast Wi-Fi speed and Jessy was very helpful in every way possible.His apartment is on the third floor with no lift, but I am 70 and did not find the small number of stairs a problem, and it was in a quiet area, although it was only a few minutes walk to the city centre shops, supermarkets and the beech and two great promenades and the marina and about a 20 minutes walk and the tram station where I went to Benidorm several times to stock up on gluten-free food as Mercadona in Alicante City only does a few basic gluten-free foods such as bread, biscuits, crackers, chocolate and ice cream and the tram takes about an hour each way, and it's a fairly scenic journey.I also visited both castles in Alicante city and the Spanish Civil War air-raid shelters and Jessy's apartment is at Calle Trafalgar, where I passed one of the castles every day, several times a day and is in a short walking distance to everything you need.It took me a few days to get my bearings but after that, I found it to be a very walkable city and really liked it and will definitely go back and Jessy's apart is ideally situated, and you don't have to buy any bottled water as he has filtered water in the apartment.One thing I would say is if you are a keen reader, bring at least two books with you, as books in anything but Spanish are hard to find.

Our host Jess was the best host we have ever had. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Jess provided us with great information about the city. He also provided us with valuable information about catastrophic events that were happening at our next destination. The area around the apartment had everything close by. It was easy to walk to all of the areas in the city. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Emplacement du studio en plein centre dAlicante, avec énormément de commodités.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir et facilité à nous deplacer sur Alicante, ce qui n'a pas ete agreable durant le sejour c'est le stationnent qui est pratiquement impossible proche du studio.
