“There are many better choices for places to stay in Troncones where the staff and management care about the wellbeing of the guests and the upkeep of the property. One thing that was not totally clear to us until we got there is that all common areas, kitchen, dining, couches, are outdoors (as with most rentals in the area), only the bedrooms are "indoors" with AC. “This house is pretty awesome. Has all the necessities for a surf trip. In addition, the communication between the property managers is top notch. Wifi is down? Ericka is on it. Ac not working? Roberto is there taking care of it same day. Assuming this house doesn’t get sold, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Note: be respectful of the locals needs. I.e., keep the gate closed, drive slowly, keep a low social media presence, and you’ll have a great time.”

“I spent about 3 weeks in this place to relax and surf and what a magical place, the sound of the waves is so present and especially in this place that is very close to the sea and what a vibe comes from this place.
