“The elevator was out of order Best not to stand a third floor when there’s not working elevator The room was clean There are towels and body wash, and shampoo available And the breakfast buffet was good enough for variety and taste One thing I didn’t like personally the television channels are very limited and would’ve been better if I brought my own HDMI cable and source to watch my own videos I will say, though the Internet is fantastic and excellent Internet connection”

“When I walked in, they said that I had a handicap room and I said no one don’t need a handicap room that I got to the room and then there was a shower and I was expecting a bathtub so they switched me rooms. I got to the new room and it was gross there was nasty things on the counter from not being cleaned up. The bathtub was disgusting. It had peeling paint or ceramic it smelled like urine. “The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I loved that they had a tribute to all military members with different memorabilia and information from each of the wars. I’m always proud to stay in a place that supports our service members.”

I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while. “Breakfast was a mess everyday, plates everywhere because they didn’t empty and food trays were constantly empty. Coffee was hardly ever full. 1 of 2 elevators was broken the entire time making lines long. Blankets were paper thin and AC unit was extremely loud. Pool was small and freezing cold, no hot tub, and the three chairs were completely falling apart. Front desk was very kind at least.”
