“The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. “Hotel was run down, shower was leaking every time I used it. The hallways smelled like smoke. I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while.
